These are some of my adventures being spied on, stalked, and turned into a Contract Stalking, Organized Harassment cash cow (money, favors, gift cards, whatever else), in the Greater Victoria British Columbia Canada area.
As a former side job crowd control staff at a sports arena entertainment complex, and a former Federal Government functionary from a national defence/national security related government department, that means I have fairly well developed situational awareness around my environment at all times. notice which ways have surveillance cameras pointed in which direction, where overwatch staffers are located, who sticks out suspiciously, who belongs where and when, who has a bulge inside their jackets, who has a communications earpieces, who is approaching, who is escaping, and other details. Crowded, dark, and noisy spaces are great for distraction and cover, to make surveillance much harder.
At another earlier social event in 2025, last year, some of my associates and I were in similar outdoor events. Some of my associates and I were on the ground in the middle of the event crowds. We drew out the street level organized harassment, gangstalking perpetrators and collaborators, and their perp handlers staying farther back, while others of our international group associates were on rooftops with telephoto lenses and apps pointed down at the street level to photo and video record and share the perps and collaborators, while the perps were too busy following us around on the ground. If those gangstalking perps and collaborators interacted with any security guards, police, fire, ambulance staff, we also got their video and photographic images as well. If the perp brought anyone or any thing connected to them, we also got their images.
That past event, this current event, or any future events does not matter. The methods of the physical stored information hand off is very easy to do and very hard to spot with so many distractions around. A handshake, a social appearing greeting, passing some drinks or snacks, can all be the moment of information exchange. How can anyone notice if a micro SD card, regular SD card, or USB memory drive was not stuck to some hands, drink cups, bags of snack foods? A coded word phrase between people before the handshake, drink passing, snack food passing alerts to a potential information exchange in the middle of a crowded, dark, and noisy social event. While electronic uploads and sharing are going on, a parallel physical information exchange can be going on at the same time at some other place and time.
Wait a few hours or days and some uniformed and/or civilian gangstalking perpetrator and collaborator will get to be made internet famous all over the planet where all those nice and/or nasty international organizations and their global adherents, would be able to look up the gangstalking perps, and everyone and everything involved in their lives.
