The new Volvo EX60 can travel up to 810 kilometers on a single charge, farther than any other electric car Volvo Cars has ever built. It also sets new standards with its charging speed: a quick coffee break is all it takes to recharge the car and continue driving. At 400 kW fast-charging stations, the Volvo EX60 can add up to 340 kilometers of range in just ten minutes.

In other words, the Volvo EX60 transforms range anxiety into long-distance comfort and demonstrates that switching to electric drive no longer requires compromises. The combination of design and technology, hardware and software, has resulted in a vehicle that can compete with many gasoline-powered cars in terms of range.

The new Volvo EX60 is available with three different drive variants. The P12 AWD Electric offers a range of up to 810 kilometers, while the P10 AWD Electric achieves a range of up to 660 kilometers. The rear-wheel-drive P6 Electric offers a range of up to 620 kilometers. In total, the Volvo EX60 is available in six attractive variants to suit all needs and lifestyles.

Additional peace of mind is provided by the 10-year battery warranty. In Sweden, Volvo is also offering three years of free home charging for the model. This offer is available immediately for private customers in Sweden before being extended to other markets.

00:00The EX60 will offer an entirely new way to communicate naturally with your car,
00:06thanks to Gemini, an AI assistant from Google.
00:10Yeah, let's go.
00:11Hey Google, how much time is there before the next meeting and where is it?
00:16Your event, Gemini Future Features Test Session, is at the Volvo Software Center at 4 p.m.
00:22Hey Google, how long will it take to get there from here?
00:25It will take about five hours and nine minutes.
00:27Yeah, it looks like we have some time. Wanna grab a coffee?
00:30Sure, why not?
00:32Let's head to the Volvo Software Center and add a stop on the way,
00:35somewhere that does coffee and good Canelbulle.
00:38I found a place on the way, Carl's Coffee.
00:41They are known for their Canelbulle and it's a 2.3 km detour.
00:48With Gemini in the EX60, you just talk, naturally.
00:52Ask it to find the hotel booking address in your email.
00:55If the TV you bought fits in the trunk, we'll brainstorm ideas for a road trip.
01:03So what's this Canelbulle thing?
01:07Canelbulle? It's like a bun.
01:10Hey Google, let's talk.
01:12How do you see Canelbulle in English?
01:15You say cinnamon bun or cinnamon roll in English.
01:18Can you describe what it is in English?
01:20The Canelbulle is the classic Swedish cinnamon bun, a sweet, yeast-leavened pastry.
01:25Sounds good.
01:27Sounds good.
01:30This is another highlight in the nearly decade-long partnership between Volvo Cars and Google.
01:36Thanks to its advanced processing power, the EX60 has our most responsive UX to date, helping our customers to stay
01:44focused.
01:46In time, Gemini will be able to use the EX60's cameras to see what you see and answer questions about
01:54the world around you.
01:56So, having Gemini tapping into the EX60's cameras and sensors is going to be a game-changer.
02:01Yeah.
02:02And here in the Software Center, we are exploring how Gemini in the EX60 could evolve down the road.
02:08Yeah, and it's that contextual awareness that's going to open up a whole new realm of possibilities.
02:13For example, say you drive by a restaurant and you miss the name of it, you're going to be able
02:17to ask Gemini its name, get the rating, see when it's open.
02:21You're even going to be able to book a table.
02:23That's cool.
02:24Or, if a classic car catches your eyes on the road, like this beautiful Volvo 1800 ES, you'll be able
02:30to ask Gemini all about it.
02:31Or those tricky parking signs.
02:33Well, in time, Gemini is going to be able to decode those so you can know if you can park
02:37here and also how long you can park for.
02:39That's going to be really, really good. I will need it. Less parking tickets.
02:42Yeah.
02:43With Google Gemini in the EX60, drivers will enjoy a smarter, more connected and more personal driving experience.
