00:00It's crazy. Yeah, Chris was special for my career. And not only like, I've said it in a couple of
00:11interviews that off the court, he was the first person that I was around to really take care of their
00:17body, show me the importance of the weight room.
00:22Like, his life was really like a regimen, and it allowed him to be successful on the court. But like,
00:30Chris was like, the first point guard for me. Like, he was the first point guard that I studied. I
00:36was in high school, I was watching how he read the pick and roll. I was watching how he controlled
00:40the game. Like, he was the standard for a point guard when I was growing up. And like, obviously, fast
00:47forward a couple years, it's one of my closest friends.
00:51And like, super tight. So it's like, it's hard to like, differentiate the two. But he's been special to me.
00:58And I know it's not only me, it's guys that have picked up the ball all over the world. And
01:03many of the point guards in the NBA today.
01:07Honestly, it's sad the way it's happened. I thought he would, you know, get his flowers a little bit differently.
01:12But that'll never change what he's done for this game. And I'm proud of him. He's been special. And hopefully,
01:19I can like, get to that level of mastering the game of basketball.
