00:10as the search for her missing mother, who was presumed to have been kidnapped for ransom,
00:14entered its second week.
00:15So I'm coming on just to ask you, not just for your prayers, but no matter where you are,
00:21even if you're far from Tucson, if you see anything, if you hear anything,
00:26if there's anything at all that seems strange to you, that you report to law enforcement,
00:34we are at an hour of desperation and we need your help.
00:4284-year-old Nancy Guthrie was last seen on January 31st
00:45when relatives dropped her off at her home near Tucson after dinner.
00:49She was reported missing the next day.
00:52Authorities say Guthrie has severely limited mobility
00:55and could not have left on her own,
00:57leading investigators to conclude earlier on that she was kidnapped.
01:01Two apparent ransom notes were sent to media outlets.
01:05One letter listed a deadline that has already passed,
01:08and a second note appeared Friday after the family appealed for direct communication
01:12with whoever may be holding her.
01:15Adding to worry over her fate was the frail state of Guthrie's health
01:18and that she's said to be dependent on daily medication.
01:21The Pima County Sheriff's Department says no suspects or vehicles have been identified,
01:26but have confirmed the blood found on her porch matched her DNA.

01:34between the Guthrie family and suspected kidnappers.

01:40at a possible abduction so close to their homes.
01:43I think we just have to wait until we get some real evidence,
01:50but my heart breaks for them.
01:52We're very upset about it, and I hope they find who did it very quickly,
01:58and we hope that Nancy is still alive.
02:01The FBI is offering a $50,000 reward for information leading to her recovery
02:06or to an arrest in the case.
