00:00It's been more than 10 days since TV star Savannah Guthrie's mom, Nancy, went missing,
00:04dragged out of her home in the dead of night. A second deadline set in a ransom note has now
00:10come and gone. We are still nowhere. Just a few hours before that deadline expired,
00:16Savannah posted another emotional plea to her Instagram, begging for the public's help.
00:21So I'm coming on just to ask you, not just for your prayers, but no matter where you are,
00:26even if you're far from Tucson, if you see anything, you hear anything, if there's
00:32anything at all that seems strange to you, that you report to law enforcement.
00:41We are at an hour of desperation and we need your help. The silence from purported kidnappers begs the
00:49question, is someone actually holding this poor grandmother hostage? Chris Swecker, a former
00:55assistant director of the FBI, isn't so sure. Here he is on Fox News.
00:59The question really is, and I'm very skeptical of this, is, is this really a kidnapping? Do,
01:04does somebody really have her and is she really alive? And I don't think we have the answers to
01:09that question right now. I don't think she's been, that her proof of life has been credibly
01:15authenticated at this point.
01:17Pressed further, Swecker suggested an alternative scenario I think a lot of people have considered
01:23by now. That this was really a home invasion gone bad and Nancy isn't being kept prisoner
01:29somewhere. In fact, the Bitcoin wallet where the alleged kidnappers directed ransom funds to be sent
01:36still stands at zero dollars as I am recording this. Meanwhile, the hard work of investigating
01:42continues, something Savannah acknowledged in her recent post. The most recent development,
01:47a camera, which was pointed at Nancy Guthrie's driveway, has been removed by investigators.
01:53President Trump's big swing at the country's sky-high drug price problem, TrumpRx, is up and
02:01running. The White House is calling the new government-backed website promising massive
02:05discounts on prescription meds a breakthrough. So who will actually benefit? TrumpRx currently lists
02:1243 brand-name drugs. Some prices slashed by more than 90%. Super popular weight loss meds lead the
02:19charge, with Bugovie discounted up to 89%, Ozempic cut by as much as 81%, and Eli Lilly's ZepBound
02:26marked down roughly 72%. TrumpRx also includes fertility treatments, diabetes and thyroid drugs,
02:33plus medications for respiratory, autoimmune, and hormone and mental health conditions. But there's a
02:38catch. TrumpRx doesn't sell the drugs directly. It sends patients to pharmacies with cash payment
02:45discounts and manufacturer coupons. These deals usually don't count toward insurance deductibles,
02:51meaning the big winners here are uninsured patients or those willing to pay cash.
02:56You may have seen images of a map floating around showing an American flag over Venezuela,
03:03Canada, and Greenland. President Trump posted an AI-generated image of him and otherworldly
03:08leaders in the Oval Office looking at this map to Truth Social. Well, he might be adding Cuba
03:13next. That is, if some Cuban-American lawmakers have their way. Florida Congressman Mario Diaz-Balart
03:19called on President Trump to unleash zero tolerance and total pressure, those were his words,
03:25on Cuba's communist regime. Lawmakers argue the Cuban regime has never been weaker and the U.S.
03:31should shut off economic lifelines and remaining oil supplies, saying that the move could
03:36finally push the longstanding dictatorship to the brink. Now, for his part, Trump has said of Cuba,
03:42quote, it's a failed nation and they're not getting any money from Venezuela and they're not getting
03:48any money from anyone. Now, experts warn that without Venezuelan oil, which has largely dried up
03:54following the U.S. capture of President Nicolas Maduro, Cuba's economy could spiral fast. Washington is
04:01reportedly weighing its next move. Lawmakers and analysts say ramped up pressure could cause the
04:06Cuban government to buckle under its own weight. For more on these stories and everything else you
