00:15So I think we have to hold those moments accountable. We have to let our people know, actually, maybe don't consume that, or maybe don't share that, because I know you, and I know you love our people more than that.

00:31Be discerning. So that's important. I think also like using our platforms to tell whatever stories we want to tell, right? Whatever lane you're in, people need to hear your unique perspective, whether you're in tech, you're in beauty, you're in the family space, all of these different things, like social media gives us a chance to kind of democratize our power in that way.
