00:00Do you think that Congress has become super active in the state of Bihar just because of the election?
00:05And is it actually caring for the voters or is it just kind of trying to hinge on this SIR agenda for political gain?
00:14You know, I must lord you for this wonderful question because, you know, last year when BJP was stopped at 240
00:24and then Congress, Congress performance was far better compared to what how they fared in 2014 and 19.
00:35So then the expectations were soaring that, yes, Congress is back and Congress means business.
00:43Rahul Gandhi, especially the way he was going hammers and tongs in the parliament.
00:47And so but then then again, you know, now because we want a very strong, vibrant opposition who can raise questions,
00:56who can corner the government.
00:58And then now as far as these elections are concerned, Bihar and now suddenly seeing Congress Rahul Gandhi in an active mode,
01:07it augurs well, it sends a good message.
01:09But then whether it will last beyond the elections or it will fizzle out, that again is something to be seen.
01:18Because what happened, we should not forget what happened after Haryana, Maharaj and Delhi.
01:23Look at Delhi, the capital.
01:25So, you know, elections after elections, they are unable to open their account here in Delhi.
01:32And we should not forget the golden era of Sheila Dixit, 1998 to 2013, when she was the CM.
01:39And in the Delhi Legislative Assembly, you had all the Congress MLAs.
01:43So but now not a single MLA of Congress party in the Delhi Legislative Assembly.
01:48So I think that also is not a very, very bright sign for Congress.
01:55They need to really gear up and realize that they need to understand the pulse of the common man.
02:01Because, you know, it was a comeback for them in Himmarchal, Karnataka, Telangana.
02:08But then the, you know, the defeat in Haryana, Maharashtra and Delhi especially.
02:14So I think that will definitely give them a lot to ponder about and to re-device their strategy if they actually want to stage a comeback.
