00:28region. However, with the joining of Pakistan in SEO and because of the principle that all decisions
00:37are taken by consensus, Pakistan effectively gets a veto over anything that SEO decides or says,
00:44its joint statements for example. Therefore, it's highly unlikely that anything very important or
00:51very productive will come out of the SEO meeting. In my view, SEO exists so India goes
00:58and attends the SEO meetings and tries to salvage whatever benefit it can out of that relationship.
