00:00Pani Puri, Golgappa, Fuchka, I don't know what else people call it, but all these things are pretty much similar, but they are very different, trust me.
00:11In Kalkita, Fuchka, Delhi, Golgappa, Maume, Pani Puri.
00:15So, I think Kalkita has gone for 6 years and I really miss the Fuchka there because it's next level.
00:24It's huge and, you know, it has aloo stuffing, it has chana stuffing and really, really, really tangy Imli water in it.
00:33Which is not exactly Pani Puri.
00:35In Bombay, we get Pani Puri every time, but Fuchka in Pani Puri is a big deal.
00:40So, there's only one place that I come to if I ever crave Fuchka in Bombay and that is the place that I'm going to show it to you now.
00:54So, now we are on Carter Road. There's this restaurant called Vaya Calcutta. It's actually not a restaurant. They have seats to sit in.
01:16But in general, I'm saying that if you have Fuchka cravings, this is the perfect Calcutta taste you're going to get in all of Bombay.
01:25There are branches in Beach Canyon and Pabai also, so depending on your location, you can go.
01:29But come on, let's try some Fuchkas with me and I'll tell you, I'm telling you, I'm vouching for it. It's next level amazing.
01:36So, I've ordered one plate Fuchka and one Aloo Ghugni, which are like my most favourites.
01:52I like the Jalmuri also, but I'm not that hungry. I can eat Jalmuri too. It's all going to be very spicy.
01:57So, yeah, come. We'll have Fuchka. Vaya!
02:27Fuchkas were really good and they're pretty economical also. For 140 rupees you get one plate.
02:45And for Aloo Ghugni, you get it for 190 rupees. Pretty cheap, pretty nice. Really yum.
02:52And it's my favourite. I'm sure you guys will also like it.
02:56So, yeah, I'm going to try the Aloo Tiki and Ghugni now, which is again like a very specific Calcutta dish.
