00:00Hey, I'll ask a small question,
00:04Is it the General Manikshavur?
00:09Yes.
00:09He is a manikshavur.
00:11Is it General Manikshavur?
00:12Will he come to this manikshavur?
00:13Will he come to this manikshavur?
00:15I guarantee you that he will come to this manikshavur.
00:17No, that's not it.
00:19He will come to this manikshavur.
00:23Every day, I was prepared for the political leadership.
00:29In China, there are skirmishes in China.
00:34My question is that Ravijoshyav's interpretation and Mudri Sahib's interpretation.
00:42How do you interpret it?
00:45See, I have a question for you.
00:49I have a question for you.
00:54Why do you understand the first problem?
00:58The first problem is that you don't have a problem.
01:01You can't have the cake and eat it too.
01:07Either you allow the publication.
01:10You don't have to worry about it.
01:14I don't agree with this.
01:19He is in a sensitive post.
01:23We are all bound by the Official Secret Act of 1923.
01:27We are all bound by the chain of command, communication,
01:33Build up to the decision.
01:34We are all bound by the decision.
01:36We are all bound by the solution.
01:38So, there are sensitive matters which you can't quote.
01:40The public cannot come to know about all this.
01:42So, the Official Secret Act of 1923 is in direct conflict with the RTA of 2005.
01:48It is.
01:49It is not a debate.
01:50But now, the constitutional head is,
01:52you can't write everything for the public domain.
01:55Everybody can't take the decision.
01:57They are all aware of it.
01:59They are all about the interpretation.
02:01This is not an event of...
02:03This is not an event of...
02:04This is not an event of...
02:05This is not an event of...
02:06This is not an event of yesterday.
02:10This is not an incident of this incident.
02:12This is history.
02:14This is the past six years.
02:15This is 1962.
02:16In 1962,
02:18we had just become independent.
02:20Yes,
02:47in the battle, 121 people were there, the company commander, and along with all soldiers, 114 people were killed by China.
02:57It was not a war. Six people were captured at PW's. One chap returned from that battle to tell the whole story how this battle was fought.
03:05He said that everybody had a bullet on their chest and not on their back.
03:13You know what Time magazine wrote after 1962 operations, Indian soldier needs everything except courage.
03:21Courage is one thing that he has in abundance. Everything else was lacking. Equipment was not there, arms were not there, ammunition was not there, everything was not there.
03:32Decisiveness is not about, oh, that is not decisiveness. Oh, I have given you a free hand. No, that is not decisiveness.
03:41Building up to that fight, 6 years, 7 years, 10 years, 11 years, you have to equip your army, you have to train your army, you have to strengthen your army.
03:49That is decisiveness. Contrary, Prime Minister, how do you say it?
03:53You say it, political leadership, General Naravani, how do you say it?
03:59How do you say it, Prime Minister?
04:05No, see, first is, he should have spoken to General Naravani himself. He is speaking to the chief of army staff.
04:15And he is working for him. He was his choice. Actually, General Naravani, you choose.
04:21I don't know, I have forgotten the name. No, no.
04:24No, there was another person who was in line. There was no other person, I will give you the history behind this.
04:28No, that's okay. But you choose. The first thing is, Prime Minister should have come on line. First, he should have spoken.
04:37Given direction, find out what the ground realities are. Then say, see, these are my...
04:45Just like you are saying, you are saying that. You are not saying that.
04:49The field marshal, Manek Shah or Indira Gandhi are at the time. He is running a church.
04:54He has a church, but you have to say, he is running a church.
04:58And you ask the messenger.
05:02The messenger leader was the defense minister.
05:04That's right. He is running a church and he is running a church.
05:09Ultimately, you must understand one thing.
05:11This is a very serious situation.
05:13extremely serious situation or satatua 13 never tell her one kilometer
