01:01You have go for separation.
01:03Ilya to Centaur.
01:04For God's sake, will you stop sloshing around like a wet weekend?
01:07Airlock opening.
01:08Command sequence update and stand by.
01:17Petro, find me Mercedes-Page.
01:19Has it gone?
01:20Yes.
01:21I was seeing a journalist on her way.
01:24There will be no journalists on Deedalus.
01:27We will leave journalists behind.
01:29I never caught up in a lecture.
01:30I knew I was cutting it too far.
01:32Are they in Space City?
01:33You're better off here.
01:34No, I wanted to buy something.
01:35Something nice for Victoria.
01:36Victoria from Robisher.
01:37Your new girlfriend.
01:38She's not that new.
01:39Oh, sorry.
01:40None of my business.
01:41I suppose I could always call up the shuttle shop.
01:44Get them to send me some perfume.
01:46I suppose this all seems rather trivial to you, Professor.
01:48No, no, no.
01:49You get Victoria some perfume by all means.
01:51I suppose you'll be very grateful.
01:52Trellant.
01:53I don't want to talk to you.
01:54Not ever.
01:55Not for the next few million aeons, anyway.
02:06Jim, people are just going to be falling over them if you leave them like that.
02:08All right, then.
02:09You tell me how we make it look Japanese.
02:11Well, Japanese was your idea, Jim.
02:13Oh, this ship.
02:14It's so European, so unyielding, so Occidental.
02:19Look at this great ugly bar right up here when we want to be down at floor level.
02:23Well, they'll all be down at floor level by half past ten.
02:26They always are.
02:27Is it worth it?
02:28Have we got the choice?
02:29How are we to know Anna Begani was a genius at physics?
02:32We stood to lose 15,000 eqs the moment she took the exam paper, even.
02:37Maybe she was divinely inspired.
02:39Why should God treat me like that?
02:40Hey, are we dressing up?
02:42No.
02:43Oh, go on.
02:44Look, I could be the emperor and you could be the shogun.
02:46No, I'm playing the guitar.
02:48I knew we should have laid the bets off.
02:50Now, how much fish did you order?
02:53Five kilos.
02:54That's not enough.
02:55Well, it looked enough.
02:56I told you ten kilos.
02:58Yeah, well, it'll look a lot more with all that green stuff around it, won't it?
03:01Well, we need at least ten kilos.
03:03So, what do you want me to do about it?
03:05Fruits of the sea.
03:06Hello.
03:07Hello.
03:08Oh, hello.
03:09Ariadne.
03:10Darling, could you do me a great big favour?
03:13So you got it wrong?
03:15We all get it wrong.
03:16The thing is to shut up about it.
03:17How can I when Brennan's after my blood?
03:19Forget it.
03:21Single-minded, ruthless, determined.
03:23He's only ever had one ambition and I've mucked that up and you say forget about it.
03:27How can I forget about it?
03:28I forget things all the time.
03:30I want a priority call to Europa Space Enterprise, Deedler's Finance Office, person-to-person.
03:35Peter Landesman and I want it ten minutes ago.
03:37One hour delay on all Earth calls.
03:39Why?
03:40Magnetic storm over Callisto and their comms satellites on the link again.
03:44Check it for me, please, Mr Lewis.
03:45Petra, how long for priority Earth call?
03:48One hour afterwards.
03:49Why can't they cope with these storms?
03:51Same as it was thirty years ago.
03:53What did those researchers do with all the money they get?
03:55I'll then book that for you then, shall I?
03:57I just want to ensure it's priority, that's all.
03:59Nothing goes before it, do you understand?
04:00Yeah, I think we get the rough idea.
04:02I don't care if it's life and death my call goes first.
04:04After the storm clears we'll have a general capacity for Earth calls.
04:07Oh, I've heard that before, thank you very much.
04:09My call goes before anybody else's by fifteen minutes.
04:12We can't override an Earth call, we haven't got the authority.
04:15Oh, Mercedes.
04:16No, it's all right.
04:17I want to...
04:18It's all right.
04:19If I don't get that call through in fifty-eight minutes, I shall hold you responsible.
04:22Me?
04:23No, not you.
04:24You're not up to taking responsibility for anything.
04:26Him!
04:27Ah!
04:28He doesn't drink enough.
04:32Do you think getting on the wrong side of Breland will have a long-term effect on my career?
04:37Bimbo, if you want counselling why don't you go and see that new doctor?
04:41Perhaps I should just give it all up and go back down to Earth.
04:45Oh no, space is exciting.
04:47Why, it might be for you.
04:49Yeah, look, it's really getting good these days.
04:51The director says I could have a brilliant future in physics.
04:54Maybe I'll push back the frontiers of knowledge.
04:57Me?
04:58Oh, that's funny.
04:59Yes.
05:00Oh, I used to get so sad when everything seemed so difficult, but now...
05:04Oh, Sarah, I wish you could have these feelings too.
05:07So do I, Anna.
05:08Look, you can take your subjects again.
05:10Oh, what's the point?
05:11Nobody cares about me.
05:13Lots of people care about you.
05:15You mean Bob doesn't care about you.
05:17That's not the same thing at all.
05:18Look, come on, find something to wear and we'll go down to the Galileo.
05:21Anna, I'm not going.
05:23You've got to come.
05:24Two of the new students are coming.
05:26You'll like them.
05:27They're really sweet.
05:28I was sweet when I first came up here.
05:33Oh my God, that's it.
05:34I've had it up to here.
05:36There's nowhere on this ship I can get away from it.
05:38I know what you two would like.
05:40Come down to the Galileo bar with me and eat sushi, okay?
05:42I've got a headache, Anna.
05:43What's wrong?
05:44Charles Brennan has just made a complete fool of me, that's all.
05:48Oh, gosh, I know the feeling.
05:50I can't believe I was so naive.
05:52You give them everything you've got and what do they do?
05:54I should have seen through, Anna.
05:56They just throw you away like a used-up credit card.
05:59That's all.
06:00Anna, don't.
06:01Who is it?
06:02Professor Brennan.
06:03Tell him to go away.
06:05I'm looking for Mercedes.
06:06Well, she's here, but she's got a headache.
06:08Go away, Charles.
06:09Go away.
06:10Perhaps we could meet later.
06:12Pardon?
06:13Not you.
06:14Oh, sorry.
06:15No, Charles, no.
06:17All right.
06:18I'll see you when your headache's better.
06:21He's very forceful, isn't he?
06:26What are you up to?
06:28Where have you been?
06:30I popped into the bar to see what Dan and Jim are up to.
06:35Oh, yeah?
06:38I'm sorry.
06:41No.
06:44It was me.
06:45I'm sorry I shouldn't have interfered.
06:47You were only trying to help.
06:49Yeah, but it was stupid.
06:53What happened had nothing to do with you,
06:54and I shouldn't have gone on to you like I did.
07:01I'm just not used to the way I feel about you.
07:03I don't know what I'm saying.
07:05I've never felt this strongly about anyone.
07:11You know, Melody comes back today.
07:14Yeah.
07:15Well, she'll find out we've moved in together.
07:17She's probably forgotten all about me by now.
07:19I doubt it.
07:20Come on, let's go to the Japanese tapas.
07:23Japanese tapas?
07:25Yeah.
07:26Oh, if I finish this.
07:27What is it?
07:28Records relating to mineral deposits in the Jupiter system.
07:31Seeking out all the molybdenum that everybody else has overlooked.
07:34I won't take that off.
07:35All right.
07:36Here's a good one.
07:37Space nutrition.
07:38You're not doing that.
07:39Who says I'm not?
07:40I do.
07:41It sounds boring.
07:42Anyway, look what you've had to eat since we've been here.
07:43I don't know.
07:44We've done lovely things.
07:45Soya disguised as meat.
07:46Soya disguised as cheese.
07:47Soya disguised as soya.
07:49Here, two for three.
07:50I would love it.
07:51Thanks.
07:52Go tell me.
07:53What kind of a day have you guys had?
07:54Oh, we've got to decide our options.
07:55Oh, let me see.
07:56Oh, yeah.
07:57Yeah.
07:58What did he do?
07:59A comparative religion.
08:00It's not on the list.
08:01No, they dropped it.
08:02It wasn't very popular.
08:03I was the only person doing it.
08:04Space law.
08:05Oh, no.
08:06It's very popular.
08:07Space law.
08:08Oh, no.
08:09It's very popular.
08:10I don't know.
08:11I don't know.
08:12I don't know.
08:13I don't know.
08:14We've done lovely things.
08:15Soya disguised as meat.
08:16Soya disguised as cheese.
08:17Soya disguised as soya.
08:18Oh, no.
08:19It's very difficult.
08:20I don't mind.
08:21I like difficult subjects.
08:22That's what I've got a brain for.
08:23I think I'll do emergency first aid.
08:25That's not an option.
08:26That's a compulsory.
08:27I hope it's with that good looking doctor.
08:29Are you looking forward to the party?
08:31Maybe we can go together.
08:33Yeah.
08:34Why not?
08:35What time does it start?
08:36Half seven.
08:37Look, I'll come and fetch you, and then we can go together, okay?
08:39Thanks, Anna.
08:40Good God.
08:41What is this I'm eating?
08:42Oh, it's soya yoghurt.
08:43Coconut flavour, my favourite.
08:45Mm, yes.
08:46It's a shame about comparative religion.
08:48I think you'd have liked it.
08:49I wonder if they'd put it back on the list if I asked them too.
08:53Petra, what's happened to my call to Europa Space Enterprise deedless office?
08:57Should have come through half a minute ago.
08:59Connection will be made in 30 seconds.
09:02Loading at 10 metres and carrying out final alignments.
09:06Permission to go for docking, Centaur.
09:08Petra, prepare for soft docking.
09:10Roger.
09:11Any air commencing docking approach?
09:13Getting that earth call through then?
09:15Five metres.
09:16Two metres.
09:17I wonder why these are so important.
09:20Soft docking complete.
09:22Docking marches engaged.
09:24All docking safety is engaged.
09:26I'm not going to listen to you.
09:28No, I know what it is he's going to say.
09:31I know his sort.
09:32Very important man.
09:34Very important mission.
09:35Everybody's got to go walla walla when he opens his mouth.
09:38Same old story.
09:39Give us a few billion echoes, Governor.
09:42Peter Landesman, Europe Space Enterprise, to Charles Brennan.
09:47Is that you, Charles?
09:49What's going on up there on the new frontier?
09:52I got your call.
09:54About fifth stage finance?
09:57If it doesn't go ahead, what is Peter Landesman going to do for a job?
10:03We're on course.
10:05The signing's taking place in Java.
10:07Oh, you're all at the Java on a free junket.
10:10Everything's settled.
10:11We've got a heads of agreement signed by all parties.
10:14And a week from now, stage five finance will be home and dry.
10:20A week from now?
10:22Oh, dear God.
10:24Well, maybe she won't mind about them moving into the cabin together.
10:28I mean, I could never tell how she was going to react to things.
10:30Could you?
10:31Well, she never seemed remotely bothered about Jean-Francois when she was going out with him.
10:34She was upset when they split up.
10:36Really upset.
10:37Of course she was upset.
10:38Yeah, but I think it would be nicer for somebody to tell her they'd moved into a staff cabin together.
10:42It's better than just finding out, isn't it?
10:44Yeah, well, you tell her then.
10:45I couldn't tell her, but I wondered if maybe you would.
10:47Gee?
10:48I'm not telling her.
10:49She's your friend, Sarah.
10:50I don't think I could handle telling her at the moment.
10:52I'm starting my counselling tomorrow.
10:54I don't want to take on anything I don't have to.
10:56Yeah, well, it's nothing to do with me, is it?
10:58And Charles Breland is nothing to do with me, but I still let you hide in my cabin, didn't I?
11:02Hi, everyone.
11:03I'm back.
11:04Hi.
11:05What's been happening then?
11:06Well, come on then.
11:07How is everyone?
11:08What's been happening?
11:09Who's moved in with who?
11:10I hear Anna Pagani got top marks on physics.
11:11I can't believe it.
11:12She did.
11:13Oh, I can't believe it.
11:14She did a brilliant paper.
11:15So life's full of meaning for her.
11:16Oh, my goodness.
11:17She's driving this around the stairs.
11:18Oh, my God.
11:19Is this Rebecca's idea of a varied diet?
11:20Oh, it's Jim and Daniel.
11:21Hello, Melody.
11:22Hi.
11:23How are you?
11:24Hey, you're just in time.
11:25Yeah?
11:26Tonight, in the club galley lay out music dancing.
11:28Oh, it's too late.
11:30Oh, my God.
11:31Oh, my God.
11:32Oh, my God.
11:33Oh, my God.
11:34Oh, my God.
11:35Oh, my God.
11:36Oh, my God.
11:37Oh, my God.
11:38Oh, my God.
11:39Oh, my God.
11:40Oh, my God.
11:41Oh, my God.
11:42Oh, my God.
11:43Oh, my God.
11:44Oh, my God.
11:45Music dancing too late.
11:47Oh, hmm.
11:48Jim, what kind of fish are these, and how long have they been dead?
11:50At a very reasonable price, you too can buy a ticket for tonight's entertainment, or then
11:54there's a special season ticket.
11:55Oh, I wouldn't buy anything off him if I were you.
11:57Oh, I will if I want to.
11:58Ticket?
11:59You can't send a ticket for the bar.
12:00Well, the ticket's for the total experience, and anyway, you get something to eat.
12:03Well, how are you going to cook these fish?
12:05You don't cook sushi.
12:06Oh, my God.
12:07I don't think it's a good idea to eat that wrong, no.
12:09So you'll come, Melody.
12:10Go on.
12:11Oh, all right, Jim.
12:12Just for you.
12:13I don't know about buying a ticket.
12:14Fishy-flavored perfume.
12:15Oh, my God.
12:16Well, first of all, what's your first for buying perfume for?
12:31Mercedes, just listen for a minute.
12:35There are reasons for what I'm doing.
12:38There are reasons for me spending time with Sabine.
12:41I'm not going to chase you around anymore.
12:43I'm in the dome.
12:44I want to see you.
12:46Who the hell do you think you are?
12:50It's Mercedes.
12:54Victoria here.
12:55Hi.
12:56Hi.
12:57No, she's going through an old survey for your boss.
12:58Right.
12:59I suppose this is for her, yes?
13:00Great.
13:01Thank you for bringing that up.
13:02We had a bit of a row.
13:03I thought it might patch things up a little bit.
13:05Oh, brilliant idea, John.
13:06Now what's the matter?
13:07You only had to send it up on the same shuttle as Melody.
13:11Oh.
13:12How is she?
13:13Well, she was fine until she saw this.
13:16It's her perfume, isn't it?
13:17The one she always uses.
13:19They use the same one.
13:20They've got a lot in common.
13:22I'm sorry.
13:23I wasn't to know she'd see it, was I, huh?
13:25That'd be very big.
13:28You really are a bastard, you know that?
13:30I'm trying not to be.
13:32Yeah, well, she tried not to show it, which I suppose is a good sign.
13:35It's like walking on eggshells.
13:36Yeah, all right, all right.
13:38Everything I do seems to hurt somebody.
13:40Boo hoo, don't make me cry.
13:43Anyway, look, Jean-Francois, you're a chemist, right?
13:45Correct.
13:46Are you certain that there isn't another deposit of molybdenum somewhere in the Jupiter system?
13:50Well, not with a deposit big enough for your boss, no?
13:52And that's it?
13:53End of story?
13:55Well, Victoria's checking, but I wouldn't hold your breath.
13:58All right.
13:59Can I hold a seat?
14:00Mm.
14:04Mercedes?
14:05Yeah?
14:06This perfume.
14:07Is it supposed to smell of fish?
14:22Hey, you know, that smells exactly out the bogs at the Mission to Spaceman hostel in Piraeus.
14:27How would you know?
14:28Huh.
14:29Yeah, to break even, we need half the ship here.
14:31Oh, don't worry, they'll all come.
14:32Yeah, but they might not stay.
14:34Well, it doesn't really matter, does it, once they've paid?
14:36Daniel, to recoup our losses, we need them to come week after week.
14:40Well, where else can they go?
14:41Well, they can go to the Starbucks.
14:43Yeah, we're not all the time.
14:45What's wrong with here?
14:47Well, what are we gonna do if they don't come?
14:49Come some, please.
15:02Victoria.
15:03Elliot.
15:04Do you remember the Michelangelo expedition?
15:08Huh?
15:09Good lord.
15:10Michelangelo expedition.
15:11Never thought I'd hear about that again.
15:13You have heard of it?
15:14Heard of it?
15:15I expect he was on it.
15:16It's been on everything else.
15:17I was asked.
15:18Thing is, I had a nice line in shuttles at the time.
15:22Up, down, then a week with Marcello while her old man took the other one up.
15:28When was it?
15:292037.
15:30Well, that's all.
15:3113 years.
15:32I suppose it must be.
15:33There was only one Michelangelo.
15:34What was it?
15:35Mineralogical survey of the Jupiter system.
15:36Ah, that was the idea.
15:37But the mineralogists that do not know that they have to do it.
15:38I've never heard of it.
15:39I've never heard of it.
15:40I've never heard of it.
15:41I've never heard of it.
15:42It's been on everything else.
15:43I've never heard of it.
15:44I've never heard of it.
15:45It's been on everything else.
15:46I was asked.
15:47Thing is, I had a nice line in shuttles at the time.
15:49Up, down, then a week with Marcello while her old man took the other one up.
15:52When was it?
15:532037.
15:54Well, that's all.
15:55What about the Jupiter system?
15:56Ah, that was the idea.
15:57But the mineralogists they took with them had written out his own credentials and was wanted
16:02for a massive fraud on the Euro bank.
16:05He's a nice bloke, actually.
16:06Do you know all about it, then?
16:08Oh, there's lots of scandal attached to the Michelangelo.
16:11The second mate was an old friend of mine, Giuseppe Poccolato.
16:14It's just that there's hardly anything Petra can tell me about her.
16:17Here you are, then.
16:18Have a word with Giuseppe.
16:20Well, where is he?
16:21Prison.
16:22In Italy.
16:23Ah, it's just I want to learn about the Michelangelo expedition rather quickly.
16:29Giles.
16:34I wanted to explain what's been going on.
16:38There isn't anything between me and Sabine.
16:40Now, I know what you saw.
16:43But I have to stop her getting any reports back to Earth, at least for the next few days.
16:48That's what you were angry about, wasn't it?
16:54You do understand.
16:55She mustn't be allowed to tell anyone on Earth that we've lost our molybdenum supply.
16:59Not that we've got the finance for the next stage of Daedalus.
17:01Oh, so that's why you're crawling all over her, is it?
17:03I have to get that money.
17:05If she finds out they'll stop the finance, there won't be any Daedalus.
17:09Oh, I can't think of anything worse, can you?
17:11Mercedes, Daedalus is the biggest...
17:13The biggest thing since the Russians put the dog into orbit, yes I know.
17:17But what about me?
17:19Not very important, am I, compared to all that?
17:22I want you to come with me, I've asked you to be my wife.
17:26But what I might feel about it doesn't really bother you, does it?
17:29Mercedes, if she files that report neither of us will be going anywhere.
17:35But you don't care about me.
17:37I do, I'm trying to explain.
17:39Well that's great, because when I suggest moving into your cabin with you because I love you and want to spend some time with you...
17:44Oh no, no, no, no, that wouldn't be right, would it?
17:47That's different.
17:48You didn't mean right, did you? You meant expedient.
17:51Likely to help with your career, that sort of right.
17:53I meant not right for us.
17:55Oh, but it's perfectly alright for us, is it, if you want to go and seduce Sabine?
17:58What's her name? Because it gets you off the hook.
18:00I did not seduce her!
18:01No.
18:02But you will if you need to.
18:05That's the truth, isn't it?
18:08You can't look back all the time.
18:10What happens, happens.
18:11Bob's left you, Jean-Francois's left me, you have to carry on.
18:14I can't, Melody.
18:15Of course you can't.
18:17Nobody wants me.
18:19Look at you.
18:20You're pretty.
18:21Oh, do me a favour.
18:22Did you hear about my examiner?
18:23You're just a bit stressed, that's all.
18:25I'm thinking of going to counselling with the new doctor.
18:28What's he like?
18:29He's alright?
18:30Yep.
18:31I just can't stop thinking about Bob and what he's doing.
18:34Whether he's going to get that cottage we saw only with her now.
18:38I don't think like that.
18:39I almost pity Victoria.
18:41All crunched up every night in that awful little cabin with Jiffy and oily Daniel.
18:47Yeah, open.
18:49Melody, hi.
18:50Oh, it's great to have you back.
18:52Hi, Anna.
18:53Congratulations on your exam results.
18:55No, not results.
18:56Results.
18:57Critics.
18:58Oh, I heard it was work of sheer genius.
19:00Well, there you go.
19:01Oh, Melody, that's lovely.
19:02Are you wearing that tonight?
19:03Anna, we're not going.
19:04Oh, come on, Sarah.
19:05I promised you.
19:06Look, you mustn't sit and brew.
19:08There's nothing worse.
19:09You're coming with us, isn't she, Melody?
19:11Of course she is.
19:12You know these two.
19:13They've got season tickets.
19:14Yeah.
19:15A very wise move there, if I might say so.
19:16Tappas is over there, so have as much as you want.
19:18Oh, this is Daniel playing the guitar.
19:19Daniel, two new students.
19:20We know Daniel.
19:21Yeah, we know Jim and Daniel.
19:22Oh, no.
19:23And what's this supposed to be?
19:25Raw fish.
19:26We usually only get fresh fish if we go down to Callisto, but even then, it's so expensive.
19:47It's really good.
19:50Jim, I'm not going to pay 50 acus just to come into the Galileo bar.
19:54I mean, it's a student bar anyway, isn't it?
19:56Yeah.
19:57But look what you're getting.
19:59Well, I think you've done much.
20:00What?
20:01What's this?
20:02Oh, come on, Melody.
20:03I've been slaving away all day.
20:04You help me with the next one.
20:06I'll think about it.
20:07Ah.
20:08As is you.
20:09Two for the price of one.
20:10Oh, for heaven's sake.
20:11Oh, why not?
20:12Here, I'll take my card.
20:13I'll treat you.
20:14I can afford it.
20:15I just don't think it's worth it for a bit of raw fish.
20:17Lighten up, Sarah.
20:18Here we go.
20:20This is Gabriella, and this is Philippe.
20:23Hi.
20:24This is Mercedes.
20:25She's a post-grad.
20:26In fact, she's the brightest of the post-grads.
20:28Well, that's what they all say anyway.
20:30Mind you, we're going to have to watch out, because these two are pretty bright as well,
20:33though.
20:34Yeah.
20:35Mercedes does a lot of navigation work with the famous Professor Braden.
20:38Oh, now, he's a really interesting man.
20:40I was reading somebody's work on the way out.
20:41I don't believe a word of it.
20:42Where did you get this?
20:43Space City.
20:44Oh, jeez.
20:45Because I was horrible to you.
20:46Well, just as long as you're not horrible to me again.
20:47Come on.
20:48We're going out now.
20:49Oh, let's just have a quiet evening in.
20:50No.
20:51No, no.
20:52We're going to go celebrate.
20:53Well, what are we celebrating?
20:54Making up.
20:55Come on.
20:56Come on.
20:57Let's go.
20:5850 accues, please.
20:5950 accues, please.
21:00I didn't know it was going to be that much.
21:0150.
21:02Yeah, well, now you know.
21:03Any reduction for staff?
21:04Oh, you must be joking.
21:06Very well.
21:07You see, men and women are just different.
21:09I don't know.
21:11I don't know if it's going to be too much.
21:1250.
21:13Yeah, well, now you know.
21:14Any reduction for staff?
21:15Well, you must be joking.
21:16Very well.
21:17You see, men and women are just different.
21:20I don't know.
21:21I don't know.
21:22different. yeah. with women what you see is what you get. I wish it were. have some
21:28sushi. no thanks. men on the other hand think it's very clever to pretend to be
21:31something that they're not. you've had a row with the professor haven't you? yeah.
21:36I sound cross with men because because I am. it's all a bit too intellectual for me.
21:42yeah well I am a bit of an intellectual Daniel. F50 Accus.
21:49hey hang on. what's this? dead fish. reminds me of something. oh not the bogs at the
21:55spaceman's hostel in Piraeus. you've been there too? certainly aren't paying to
21:59come in here. this is a student bar. you can't stop us. yeah but you're getting free
22:03food. we don't want to eat thank you. and entertainment. what entertainment?
22:09I'll remind you about that when I listen to you. oh thank you. hey look where's the sushi?
22:15oh Anna you can't want more. what is that? oh mercedes doesn't look happy. yeah well you know why that is don't you?
22:23I don't. professor Braden. I wonder if he's in here. oh there's Jean-François Victoria.
22:30he's a lecturer and she's too late. this guitar is quite good isn't it? do you play the instruments Gabriela?
22:35um only the piano. oh right. are they going out together? yeah they have been for a few weeks.
22:40does that happen a lot then? there aren't that many lecturers. not enough to go around.
22:45well it must be funny for her. I mean what? does she live with the rest of the students? oh no.
22:51they've just moved into one of the staff cabins on Gantry too. very swish. well that's what they say.
22:56I've never seen one. one of the Bonaventure cabins. Anna, I wish you'd just shut up sometimes.
23:01why didn't you tell me? Melody, does it really make that much of a difference? yeah. when we were engaged,
23:07we had to squash up in student cabins. we never had anywhere to ourselves to live. I had to put up with other
23:12people around all the time. nowhere to be alone. God, as soon as he starts going out with her it's all different.
23:17he could have got a staff cabins months ago if he wanted to. Melody. oh go away. great.
23:42so
23:46we're going to have to go.
23:50so
23:54we're going to have to go.
23:56so
24:00we're going to have to go.
