00:54कोट में ये भी निरदेश दिये हैं कि विदेशी हिरासत में रह रहे रहे विकरांत को जो कानूनी मदद मिलनी चाहिए उसके लिए भी विदेश मंतराले को इंतजाम करने होगे और इसके साथ ही उनकी सुरक्षा भी सुनुशित करनी होगी.

01:47सलीना ने अपनी याचिका में बताया कि विदेश मंत्राले उनकी मदद करने में काफी वक्त से विफल रहा है
01:53उन्होंने अदालत से अनुरूत किया है कि उनके भाई को एक अप्रभावशाली कानूनी सुविदा, बुनियादी सुविदाएं और communication वहिया कराई जाए
