00:20At 27, she is part of a growing rural workforce helping train AI systems.
00:28We found that it is a work in the house.
00:33We were taught that we had knowledge about this.
00:37We would think that we would work in a chair.

01:08After learning basic computer skills, Chandmani became the first in her family to do this

01:34Her income helped her complete her studies and support her household.
02:03Across India's villages and small towns, thousands of young women are joining similar

02:09They work from home or small offices connected by the internet.
02:14Small towns are places where the cost of living is low.
02:17There is a pool of graduates available and above all they are willing to work from there itself.
02:27So our idea is not to create migration of people from small towns to big cities.
02:34And finally we said that the employment in the hands of a woman is much more impactful socially
02:42compared to men.
