00:00The Energy Regulatory Commission, or ERC, has issued a show-cause order against Solar Para Sa Bayan,
00:07a company owned by Batangas Representative Leandro Leviste,
00:10for allegedly operating in a town in Occidental Mindoro without the required permit.
00:16According to ERC Chairperson, Attorney Francis Saturnino Juan,
00:21the company failed to secure the necessary permits from the commission before operating,
00:25such as Certificate of Public Convenience.
00:28The chairperson also noted that the ERC has not approved any charges or rates for Solar Para Sa Bayan,
00:35adding that the commission has received multiple complaints regarding the company's operations and billing.
