00:00So the final shot is, it's my body, it's me. We shot me with some shoulder pads, with Dave's
00:07eyebrows, and a wig. And then we shot Dave's face, Dave in the same spot, and they ended up,
00:13you know, overlaying, doing the VFX. It's Dave's nose, it's Dave's jaw, it's Dave's Adam's apple.
00:19The funniest thing about that to me is, we did a couple test screenings before Sundance,
00:24but the audio wasn't mixed yet, so it was my voice. And hearing my voice would send signals
00:30to the audience's brain. So I would sneak in the back of these test screenings, the audience didn't
00:35know I was there. And after one of them, they're asking questions, and what did you think about
00:39this final person, and how did it make you feel, and what did it look like to you? And one person
00:42goes, it just looks like Alison Brie. And I turned to one of our producers, and I was like, that's
00:48the meanest thing anyone's ever said.
