00:19estimated between £14 million and £45 million. However, Golifer insists the structure built in
00:271998 is robust and could be adapted for less than the cost of building a new facility.
00:33The University of Sunderland, which owns the building, has said no viable financial support
00:38has been offered to save it, despite efforts to maintain the centre.
