Cambodian authorities have detained more than 2,000 foreigners after raiding a large online scam center in the country’s southeast near the Vietnam border. Those held include five people from Taiwan, along with over 1,700 Chinese nationals, and several hundred from Vietnam and Myanmar. The operation is Cambodia's largest since the country launched a nationwide crackdown on online scams.
