00:00In farming, it's the reality of pruning.
00:03So, when you have fruit trees, they teach you,
00:06look, this tree has too many branches.
00:07How is it going to have any fruit
00:09when it has to go through all these different branches
00:11just to put out a fruit?
00:13It won't.
00:14Then there's all these branches that will never reach the sun.
00:17So, cut them out.
00:18They understood, oh, those have to be pruned.
00:21Oh, well then, my life has to be pruned.
00:23Things that are not necessary for me,
00:26wasting all my energy.
00:27At the end, I feel like I haven't done anything
00:28because I put all my energy into 500 different things
00:32where life may come with a natural pruning
00:35where everything gets cut out
00:37and you've got two sticks that's left.
00:41So, these are all the wisdom of those whom God guides.
00:45If they haven't been guided
00:47and they're now going to try to meditate and contemplate,
00:50then you have to realize
00:51that everybody's life needs a pruning.
00:53You have too many things that are distracting in your life,
00:56then prune it, cut it out
00:58so that you can focus on the core issues in life
01:01that will build you
01:01and build what you're trying to achieve.
01:04People come with a hundred different ideas for business.
01:07There's no difference between dunya and akhira.
01:09But you come back and say,
01:10I've got one idea
01:11and I'm going to put all my focus on that.
01:13Then you do that.
01:14If it didn't work,
01:14then you come back with another one idea,
01:17ten ideas.
01:18So, everything from our physical life
01:20and our spiritual life is the same.
01:22Spiritual life too.
01:23The practice is very fine-tuned.
01:26I'm not going to go everywhere.
01:27I'm not going to read everything.
01:28I'm not going to do everything.
01:29I'm going to stick with this guide,
01:31stick with this system,
01:32stick with that connection
01:33until I achieve the satisfaction
01:36that I want within my heart.
01:38Otherwise, you're diluted.
01:39And you can't dilute love.
01:41That's the most dangerous.
01:43You just put your heart out
01:44for so many different people
01:45and then you don't really love anyone
01:47to the level that's necessary
01:49for you to achieve that connection.
01:52You love everyone,
01:53but you love no one.
01:55And that's dangerous in spirituality.
