00:01Travelling the world has always fascinated me.
00:04The people, the places and the adventure.
00:07Previous expeditions, whether by motorbike or other forms of transport,
00:11I've visited many, many different countries.
00:13But on my new adventure...
00:15Oh, my God!
00:16...I'm exploring an entire nation.
00:18This is enormous!
00:19So this is a first for me.
00:20Yeah, it's going to be great.
00:21And a massive challenge.
00:22Wow!
00:25And I've picked Canada,
00:27the second largest country in the world.
00:29Right!
00:30From its epic heights to its darkest depths,
00:33I'll discover Canada's origins and its people
00:36as I search for adventure
00:38whilst travelling through its incredibly diverse landscape.
00:41You mustn't come back the stories you seem to tell.
00:44My ultimate goal is to take in all four extremities of Canada
00:47and everything in between.
00:48I'll be starting at the far east Atlantic coast,
00:51heading to the south to the American border,
00:53up to the north in the Arctic Circle,
00:56and towards my final destination,
00:58the Pacific west coast.
01:00I'm travelling mostly by motorbike,
01:02but will be changing to boats, planes and trains
01:05to get to where the action is.
01:07Accompanied by my old friend, producer-director Russ Malkin,
01:10and two cameramen, Mungo and Nat.
01:13Where's your bike?
01:14I'm really pushing myself to the limit.
01:16I am out of my comfort zone right here.
01:18Back up, back up, forward!
01:24I'm having a panic attack.
01:25He can ride a motorbike, he can reconnect now.
01:27This has been one of the best days of my life.
01:30It's a journey that I'm really excited about,
01:33and it's called Extreme Frontiers.
01:35Wow.
01:36It's one of the best patient
01:38that we're here currently here now.
01:39How of our life do we need the benefit of the Dragon Sea?
01:40The Dragon Sea is what?
01:41But he can understand all sorts of places,
01:42today, that is kind of a楽 Welcome
