Masters of the Universe is an upcoming American superhero film based on Mattel's media franchise. The film is being directed by Travis Knight, and written by Chris Butler, Aaron and Adam Nee, and Dave Callaham. Nicholas Galitzine stars as Prince Adam / He-Man, who returns to his home planet Eternia to save it from the evil forces of Skeletor, played by Jared Leto. Camila Mendes, Alison Brie, James Purefoy, Morena Baccarin, Jóhannes Haukur Jóhannesson, Charlotte Riley, Kristen Wiig, and Idris Elba also star.
