00:07To promote India as a hub for medical tourism services, I propose to launch a scheme to support
00:15states in establishing five regional medical hubs in partnership with the private sector.
00:24These hubs will serve as integrated healthcare complexes that combine medical, educational
00:32and research facilities. They will have AYUSH centres, Medical Value Tourism Facilitation
00:39centres and infrastructure for diagnostics, post-care and rehabilitation. These hubs will
00:47provide diverse job opportunities for health professionals, including doctors and AHPs.

01:06recognition when Honourable Prime Minister took it to the UN. Post-COVID, Ayurveda gained

01:29more steps are being taken. I propose to, one, set up three new All India Institutes of Ayurveda.

01:50and make available more skilled personnel. Three, upgrade the WHO Global Traditional Medicine
01:58Centre in Jamnagar to bolster evidence-based research, training and awareness for traditional medicine.

03:32The Indian design industry is expanding rapidly and yet there is a shortage of Indian designers.
03:40I propose to establish, through Challenge Route, a new National Institute of Design to boost design education
03:49and development in the eastern region of India. Education. Our government will support states through
04:01Challenge Route in creating five university townships in the vicinity of major industrial and logistics corridors.
04:14These planned academic zones will host multiple universities, colleges, and research institutions,
04:21skill centers, and residential complexes. In higher education, STEM institutions,
04:28prolonged hours of study and laboratory work pose some challenges for girls' students.
04:38Through VGF – viability gap funding and capital – or capital support,
04:44one girls' hostel will be established in every district to promote astrophysics and astronomy via immersive experience.
