01:16क्या क्या बदलाव देखने को मिलेंगे
01:17और जो स्कूल इस judgment को नहीं follow करता
01:20उस पर क्या कारवाई की जाएगी
01:22एकदम से जरूरत नहीं पड़ी

01:26जिसमें on an average हर साल
01:2923 million लड़कियां स्कूल से drop करती है

01:38कि 23 million लड़कियां
01:40हर साल education से कही न कही रेफ्रेंड रहती है
01:43because कही न कहीं उन्हें वो embarrassment है
01:45या फिर uncomfortable behavior है
01:48या फिर उनके पास फैसिलिटीज नहीं है
01:50जिसकी वज़े से वो during the periods
01:52अपनी education को continue कर पाए
01:55so for that
01:56government of course will now be taking some steps
01:59but the first judgment that comes

03:03menstruation शुरू हो जाता है
03:04menstruation क्या होता है
03:05body से आपका blood flow शुरू होता है

03:13so that's the part of menstruation
03:15in every woman's body
03:17that begins from the age of 12
03:18आप 12-13-14 साल की उमर में
03:21एक लड़की 6th, 7th, 8th
03:23standard के आसपास होती है
03:24और यह बहुती extreme drop out of the school

03:27बिकुस आपके पास या तो basic facilities नहीं है
03:30toilets नहीं है, segregated toilets नहीं है

03:40जहां पर आपको लड़कियों को awareness
03:42provide की जाए कि it's normal

03:49या बहुती सारे प्रांतों में
03:51या बहुत सारे districts में
03:52बहुती normal है
03:54आप जानते होंगे
03:55अभी भी बहुत सारे लड़किया
03:56मंदिर जाने से रोकी जाती है
03:58जब उन्हें periods होते है
04:00kitchen में खाना बनाने के लिए
04:02मनाई होती है
04:02क्योंकि आपको periods है

04:08बहुत सारे लड़कियों को

04:34how important is the sanitation
04:36तो अगर basic hygiene ही नहीं है

04:40awareness ही provide नहीं कही जारी
04:43अगर लड़के ही
04:44चाहे वो school के लड़के हूँ
04:46या teachers हो या staff हूँ
04:47अगर वो ही इस बात को normalize नहीं करते हैं
04:50या इस बात को बहुत ही
04:52आम बात नहीं मानते हैं
04:54because उनकी mothers को
04:55उनकी sisters को
04:56उनकी daughters को
04:57हर एक female को इस process से
04:59you know they have to go through it
05:01and it's a very normal process

05:05don't you think that this is as normal
05:07as any other activity in our life

05:29लडकियों के लिए अलग, लडकों के लिए अलग

05:34oxy-bio-degradable sanitary pads
05:37provide किये जाए
05:38कहां पर, schools में
05:41किनके लिए
05:426th to 12th class तक की लडकियों के लिए
05:45क्या ये सिर्फ
05:47government school में provide किया जाएगा
05:48जी नहीं
05:49legal-aided schools, government schools, private schools
05:53state-run schools, whatsoever
05:55जो भी schools होंगे
05:57सभी लडकियों को
05:58free oxy-bio-degradable sanitary pads
06:01provide किये जाएगे
06:03साथ-साथ, MHM की
06:05responsibility है, जो
06:07इसका management करता है
06:09जो department, उसकी
06:11responsibility है कि आप awareness programs
06:13को आगए बढ़ावा दे
06:14आप inform करें लोगों को
06:17awareness programs करें, लोगो
06:19information provide करें, and just to
06:21normalize it. So it's the
06:23responsibility of every teacher and staff
06:25to do it, and even the students.

06:44called deregularization,
06:45यानि कि आप आप operate नहीं कर पाएगे.
06:48So that's a big penalty

06:51एक school run कर रहे हैं, तो आपका
06:53main focus क्या होता है कि मेरा जो
06:55ये school है, वो चलता रहे, उसको
06:57deregularization में ना फॉल किया जाए.
07:00तो वो deregulate
07:01हो जाएंगे, just in case
07:04वो ये principles को
07:05ये directives को follow नहीं करते हैं लोग.
07:08और जैसे मैंने कहा
07:09कि judgment के हिसाब से
07:11segregated toilets are important,
07:13awareness sessions are important,
07:15free sanitary paths are important.

07:21पुरुशों की भुमी का जो है, वो क्या होती है
07:24और periods को लेकर लड़कों और पुरुशों को
07:26क्या समझने की ज़रत है?
07:28See again, जैसे मैंने आपको पहली भी बोला वन्षिका,
07:31कि लड़कों को भी
07:32इतना normalize करना होगा
07:35जितना कि ये normal है.
07:37You cannot keep it a table.
07:39You cannot just be like, हो.

07:45कितने सारे लड़कें मैं आज भी देखती हूँ
07:47छोटे-छोटे प्रांतों, I'm not talking about Delhi NCR
07:50बट बहुत छोटी जगाओं पर अगर आप चले जाओ,
07:52गाओं में चले जाओ, तो वहाँ पर लड़कें को घर के अंदर
07:55रख दिया जाता है कि अब तुम्हें कहीं भाहर जाने की ज़रूरत नहीं है
07:58क्योंकि तुम्हारी बोड़ी से जो है, बलड़ाना शुरू हो गया है, है ना?
08:03तो जैसे मैंने पहले भी बताया कि किचिन में जाना कई जगह पर लाओड नहीं होता है
08:06या इन सब चीजों को हटा कर, अब इस द हैघ्वारना है, अब it's the responsibility of men also

08:57basically menstrual leave के उपर एक policy
08:59introduced की गई थी Parliament के अदर
09:01which said की every month
09:03a woman shall be allowed to give an one leave
09:06for you know for the purpose of her being
09:09into the phase of menstruation
09:10तो थी थी थी थी थी पहली बात
09:14it's very good
09:15की आप लड़कियों के हिथ में सोच रहे हो
09:18हर महीने एक additional
09:20उनको you know leave देने की कोशिश कर रहे हूँ
09:23बगर दूसरी तरफ एक और point of view भी है

10:55it is very important for them
10:57to be understanding
10:58की menstrual phase होता क्या है
11:01and they must have a proper sanitization
11:04देखो अगर आपके पास
11:05sanitary pads ही नहीं है
11:07या अच्छे clean toilets ही नहीं है
11:09toilets है तो पानी की facility ही नहीं है
11:12पानी की facility है तो washing area ही अच्छा नहीं है
11:15या फिर अगर आपके पास
11:17यह सारी चीज़ें है
11:18मगर awareness नहीं है
11:19या अभी भी taboo है
11:20कि मैं जाओंगी या किसी को बताओंगी
11:22तो शोर मचेगा
11:24हला कटेगा
11:24बहुत सारे लोग मुझे किस निगा से देखेंगे
11:27वो जो एक approach है society का
11:29उसको बदलने के लिए judgment आई

11:53मगर first time उने school में
11:55periods आते है
11:56उनके लिए ये एक emergency crisis है
11:59because first of all
12:01they are dealing with a lot of pain
12:03second it's very unusual for a woman
12:07third they are very young to understand it
12:11and fourth the society is also not accepting them
12:15so you really need to make an awareness
12:20about this around first
12:22and second for these emergency crisis
12:25and sensitive moments
12:26there should be additional inner wares
12:30to be provided to such girls
12:32so inner wares होने चाहिए
12:34extra school uniforms होनी चाहिए

13:54it can affect your hormones
13:56it can affect your overall health
13:57बात बहुत छोटी सी होगी शायद किसी के लिए
14:01मगर उसका longer run में affect बहुत जादा और घहर हो सकता है
14:05and that's what as society we need to understand

14:14सुप्रीम कोट का ये फैसला सिर्फ एक कानूनी आदेश नहीं बलकि लाखो लड़कियों की सेहत पड़ाई
14:20और सम्मान से जड़ा सवाल है
14:21अब असली चुनोती ये है कि ये आदेश कागजों से निकल कर स्कूलों की जमिनी तक कैसे पहुचता है
14:27क्योंकि जब लड़कियों की सेहत को समस्या नहीं हक माना जाएगा
14:31तब तक बदलाव अधूरा रहेगा
14:33इसी उमीद के साथ हम इस पैसले पर नज़त बनाए रखेंगे
