00:01:40Michael Wolfe's Choice
00:01:46Dr. Michael Wolfe, due to his undoubtedly exceptional situation, describes himself as kidnapped.
00:01:54Questions arise spontaneously.
00:01:57Kidnapped by whom?
00:01:59But above all, why?
00:02:02He himself claims that his bosses at the NSC, the National Security Council,
00:02:08allowed him to generate a controlled leak of large amounts of classified information.
00:02:14This is because Dr. Wolfe, as a government scientist,
00:02:18enjoys above-top-secret clearance within the NSC, and not only.
00:02:25The information that he himself mentions deals with the true nature of so-called UFOs,
00:02:31in reference to the numerous sightings of such phenomena experienced by man in the modern era and beyond,
00:02:38and above all, the contact between extraterrestrial civilizations and human civilization,
00:02:44at military, civil and governmental levels.
00:02:48Yet, the heads of the NSC have specified several times that this information leak must be controlled.
00:02:57That is, Dr. Wolfe cannot reveal too many government secrets nor precise details about his role and work within all of these ultra-rated projects.
00:03:08Not only that, to make the situation even more complicated, the management of the NSC decided to cancel and eliminate all traces of all documents and personal and professional information regarding Dr. Wolfe.
00:03:23Such as the scores he attended, the qualifications he obtained, and his resume, which listed important job positions he held at the Central Intelligence Agency ,
00:03:35the National Security Agency , and of course, the NSC.

00:03:47are, in reality, very common within government agencies concerning employees who work within them on special access programs or classified top-secret programs.

00:04:04required him to never and under no circumstances publish the results of his work within the agency in any of the scientific journals he collaborated with.
00:04:14Therefore, we can say that Dr. Wolfe is caught in an oppressive and existential rock and a hard place.
00:04:22On the one hand, he cannot officially prove his work, his research, and even his very existence.
00:04:30On the other, he feels he has to indulge his conscience and therefore continue to reveal government secrets, albeit in a controlled way.
00:04:40Despite this, Wolfe, as the very courageous and stubborn person that he is, has never stopped telling the truth,
00:04:48or, if you prefer, everything he knows about extraterrestrial civilizations.
00:04:54For this reason, the United States and the entire world must be very grateful to him.
00:05:00Dr. Wolfe chose to give the world these truths not only because he was allowed to do so, but also because, as he himself has repeatedly stated,
00:05:12human beings have the right to know.
00:05:15Dr. Wolfe appears to be an even more courageous man, avid for justice and truth in the eyes of the world,
00:05:21if one considers that the motivations behind this valiant choice of his are not only ethical and professional, but also very personal.
00:05:30In fact, Michael Wolfe lost his pregnant wife and young son in a terrorist incident which unfortunately has all the aspects of an assassination.
00:05:41It is to be noted that the incident would have affected him too if it hadn't been for a trivial coincidence
00:05:48that religious believers would attribute to divine intervention.
00:05:52Somehow, Wolfe knows that the contribution he is making to humanity through the release of information would make his wife and son proud of him.
00:06:05Still, one wonders, why did the heads of the NSC agency decide to grant Dr. Wolfe the opportunity to reveal such information, albeit in a controlled manner?
00:06:17Because Michael Wolfe, as he himself has repeatedly admitted, had to make enormous efforts over a long period of time to reach such a concession.
00:06:28Furthermore, his role and the prestige he acquired over time undoubtedly contributed to this goal.
00:06:36The publication of his famous book entitled The Catchers of Heaven, which we will analyze in depth shortly,
00:06:43was allowed only after accepting the request made by the heads of the NSC,
00:06:48which included a small but significant initial statement stating that the book was nothing more than a work of fantasy.
00:06:57It goes without saying that the book is full of insider secrets and revelations
00:07:02and is a must-read for all those interested or even just curious to learn more about extraterrestrial civilizations,
00:07:11their presence on Earth and contacts with our civilization.
00:07:16We also know that Dr. Wolfe is currently working on a sequel, Bright White Light Quartet,
00:07:22which will provide further insight into his personal experience with extraterrestrials,
00:07:27their communications and missions on Earth, but also on other planets.
00:07:36The Catchers of Heaven
00:07:40The first edition of the book was published in the late 1990s,
00:07:44although Dr. Wolfe had already started writing it in the early months of 1990.
00:07:50What deserves our attention in particular are undoubtedly the projects mentioned by Wolfe,
00:07:56as well as a certain type of terminology unknown to most people.
00:08:01First among all the secret projects mentioned by Wolfe in the book is the so-called Project Sentinel.
00:08:08From how Wolfe describes it, it would be a project created and aimed towards the creation of super soldiers,
00:08:16like Terminators, ready to act and obey every command without the slightest possibility of rebelling against the orders of superiors,
00:08:25and, above all, without human conscience, feelings and emotions.
00:08:31In this regard, recalling once again that Michael Wolfe began working on the book as early as 1990,
00:08:36a film entitled Universal Soldier was released in 1992.
00:08:43The plot of the film tells of some American soldiers who are facing a war in Vietnam against the Viet Cong but are killed,
00:08:51not at the hands of the Viet Cong but at the hands of an American sergeant who loses his mind.
00:08:57The bodies of the deceased soldiers are recovered by the army and are entrusted to a group of scientists
00:09:03who bring them back to life after many years, but with no memory of who they were before and no conscience.
00:09:11Under this new form, the soldiers are controlled by a secret military elite of the US government called the Unisol Project.
00:09:19Only one of the soldiers, Luc Devereaux, played by the legendary Jean-Claude Van Damme, manages to reacquire the memories of his past life.
00:09:30As can be seen, there is a certain congruence between the plot of the film and what Wolfe reports in his book about Project Sentinel.
00:09:39Pure coincidence? Very possibly.
00:09:44The other elements and terminologies present in the book that we will analyze in detail are
00:09:50Post Detection Protocol
00:09:54This definition can be found on page 107 of his book.
00:09:59It is a set of structured rules, standards, guidelines or actions that the government or other organizational entities intend to pursue for first detecting and then analyzing, verifying and possibly even responding to signals received from extraterrestrial civilizations.
00:10:19Before Wolfe's book, this special protocol was mentioned only once, in Austria in October 1986 and then once more in Brighton the following year, during the 37th and 38th Congresses of the International Astronautical Federation, where the CETI Post Detection Protocol was presented for the first time.
00:10:41Naturally, these are extremely confidential documents.
00:10:46Moreover, there was no internet at the time and therefore it was impossible for this information to leak beyond a small circle of people, probably a government elite.
00:10:56Wolfe evidently had access to this classified information and, by revealing it, made the world's population part of that elite group.
00:11:06Project Rainbow
00:11:09Project Rainbow was the name given by the CIA to a research project aimed at reducing the radar cross-section of the Lockheed U-2 and decreasing the possibility that it would be detected and tracked by Soviet radars during its flights over the USSR.
00:11:27However, the Soviets continued to track the U-2 flights.
00:11:31Therefore, although there are apparently no obvious connections with the UFO question, we cannot exclude this eventuality a priori, perhaps assuming that the conflict with the USSR is nothing more than the usual expedient used by US government agencies to cover up the study and development of technologies aimed at examining the UFO phenomenon.

00:11:59This is a scientific experiment with military purposes organized by the United States Navy during the Second World War, which took place on October 28th, 1943, under the guidance of a certain Franklin Reno, sometimes also referred to as Dr. Reinhardt, in which also several scientists, including Albert Einstein,
00:12:21participated.
00:12:24On October 28th, 1943, at 1715, the destroyer USS Eldridge, moored near the Philadelphia Pier, vanished into thin air for several moments, appearing after a few minutes in Norfolk, Virginia, and then subsequently reappearing once again in the Philadelphia docks, in the same spot where it had disappeared.
00:12:47Furthermore, at the end of the incident, some sailors also disappeared, while five were found fused with the metal of the ship's structure.
00:12:57Although some have questioned the veracity of this story, it must be said that if Dr. Wolf decided to mention this event in his book, there will certainly be a valid reason.
00:13:07Especially in reference to the force unknown to us that made the invisibility and teleportation of a destroyer possible.

00:13:39First of all, when we speak of a transducer, we refer to a device capable of converting one physical quantity into another by altering some of the original characteristics that identified it.
00:13:51Wolf does not specify exactly what he means by this terminology, but after careful reflection, we can venture that Wolf was probably referring to the chemical and physical composition of UFOs, composed of a so-called metamaterial and endowed with a real conscious intelligence.

00:14:19Beyond all that we have mentioned, what catches the eye most in the whole of Michael Wolf's story, naturally contained within his work, is undoubtedly his involvement in an ultra-secret apparatus linked to the American government, called Majestic 12.
00:14:34This alleged secret body of intelligence was formed in 1947, the very year in which the famous Roswell incident took place, and in parallel, the same year that the CIA was established.
00:14:49Regarding these facts, it is difficult to speak of a coincidence, given that anyone with a minimum knowledge of the UFO phenomenon knows the importance of the Roswell event,
00:14:59where most probably, and for the first time, human beings came into contact with an extraterrestrial civilization.
00:15:08Furthermore, one wonders if Majestic 12 and the CIA are in fact the same entity, or that perhaps the first is none other than one of the most secret and confidential departments of the government agency,
00:15:21or that the CIA itself hides and operates behind Majestic 12, and that it is therefore a cover to justify the birth of the agency itself,
00:15:32which not only had to operate in defense of the United States of America against terrestrial enemies, but also against the potential threat of extraterrestrial hostility,
00:15:42or more plausibly, it was born with the intention of investigating the new sighting and crashing phenomena of unidentified flying objects,
00:15:51especially after the famous and significant Roswell incident.
00:15:57Project Gateway
00:15:59This is undoubtedly one of the most fascinating and mysterious aspects of the entire collection of revelations.
00:16:09But what is it about?
00:16:11The Gateway technique can be defined as a sort of training to concentrate brainwaves in order to alter consciousness and escape the constraints of time and space.
00:16:22At the head of the project was, of course, the CIA.
00:16:25Wolf does not describe exactly how this project came to life, but reveals his direct experiences, especially his encounters with his deceased wife and son.
00:16:38Some, the most skeptical, consider Dr. Wolf a mythomaniac and do not believe in the existence of such a secret project that aims to control the mind.
00:16:47However, just go to the CIA website and you can download a 29-page dossier entitled Analysis and Assessment of Gateway Process.
00:17:00This document is dated June 9th 1983, the day it was filed.
00:17:05Many years later, on October 9th 2003, the CIA declared the dossier approved for release, declassifying it and making it available to the public.
00:17:18Well, Michael Wolf, who we recall completed his book The Catchers of Heaven at the end of the 90s, could only have become aware of the Gateway project because he was part of it, or in some way because he was directly involved in the experiment.
00:17:34Furthermore, it is very interesting to study in great detail what this dossier reveals.
00:17:41Time travel, out-of-body experiences, the crossing of space-time dimensions, which to be clear is the modern concept of the multiverse, already explored more than 40 years ago.

00:18:50Who is Michael Wolf?
00:18:55Who is this man revealing such strictly confidential information?
00:18:59His full name is Michael Cruvant Wolf.
00:19:03The name Cruvant derives from his family's ancestors, Russian Jews who emigrated to the United States.
00:19:12Even as a child, Michael had to deal with the world of secrecy and confidential information, but above all with extraterrestrials.
00:19:21In fact, he used to accompany his father to the Andrews Air Force Base, where he actively participated in the meetings of the Air Research and Development Council, an institute to which all the research and development programs of the United States Air Force were assigned at the time.
00:19:40In fact, Michael wasn't the first in his family to experience contact with what he calls My Little Grey Navigator, an undisguised blessing.
00:19:49Michael's father had also been visited by the so-called grey aliens and had spoken to Michael numerous times about these Catchers of Heaven, as he called them, which was then the inspiration for the title of Michael's book.

00:20:36At the age of 12, Michael took a substantial initiative. He founded a flying saucer research association in New Jersey.
00:20:45At night, he tried to communicate with his alleged extraterrestrial friends using light signals.
00:20:52On December 24, 1954, a CIA agent, George Hunt Williamson, learned of Wolf's attempts to communicate with extraterrestrials.
00:21:03Williamson, in his book Road in the Sky, wrote that the young Wolf, the year before his bar mitzvah, was transmitting messages to spatial intelligences using beams of modulated light.
00:21:16Michael had telepathically asked these extraterrestrial entities to confirm receipt of his messages by flying over his home.
00:21:25Five minutes later, two saucers flew over Wolf's house, heading north, just as he had requested.
00:21:32Since then, the intelligence community began to keep tabs on Wolf and eventually, when he reached a certain age, recruited him.
00:21:41Wolf says that the government guided and paid for his education because they saw he had a good relationship with extraterrestrials and because he was the brightest student his teachers had ever taught.
00:21:54Dr. Michael Wolf served during the Vietnam War as an Air Force Colonel, Pilot and Flight Surgeon, and later as an I-Corps Intelligence Officer for the CIA and the NSA.
00:22:08He has a PhD in Neurology, a PhD in Theoretical Physics, a PhD in Computer Science, a Law Degree, a Master's Degree in Electromagnetic Influences on Organisms, and a Bachelor's Degree in Biogenetics.

00:22:50MJ-12 appointed Dr. Wolf as chairman of the AlphaCom team, the main extraterrestrial affairs group, which also included a U.S. Navy Intelligence Admiral.

00:24:24In 2005, Dr. Boylan had the honor of being chosen by some members of the star civilizations as ambassador on Earth and spokesperson for their message and teachings.
00:24:36Moreover, they conferred on him the title of Counselor of the Earth.
00:24:42Numerous high-level military officers and intelligence personnel have asked for Dr. Boylan's help in UFO matters, and have shared highly confidential information with him.

00:25:03Around the end of the 1990s, Boylan decided to dedicate a long article to Dr. Wolf, integrating the article with parts of an interview conducted by Boylan himself with Dr. Wolf.
00:25:15The article was published between April and May 1998, a few months after the release of Wolf's book, The Catchers of Heaven.
00:25:24Boylan says he received permission from Michael Wolf to publicly share revelations made to him in his article, after the book's publication.
00:25:33Revelations that came, Boylan continues, from notes he hastily scribbled as he tried to keep up with the machine gun rhythm of Dr. Wolf, who, like many geniuses, jumps rapidly from one topic to another without leaving the interviewer a chance to intervene.

00:25:57From 1972 until 1977, Dr. Wolf was engaged in covert government research into the study of extraterrestrial technology.
00:26:08In my work, I encountered extraterrestrial individuals every day and shared living quarters with them while performing my research in highly secretive underground government research laboratories, recounts Wolf.
00:26:22The Zetas work in underground facilities, as mandated by the United States government.
00:26:30There is a treaty between the US government and the Zetas, but the government has violated this treaty by torturing extraterrestrials and shooting down UFOs.
00:26:41Also, there are some extraterrestrials being held captive.
00:26:47Government scientists have discovered that extraterrestrials cannot dematerialize and escape if there is an extremely powerful electromagnetic field surrounding them.
00:27:01Backing this up are statements from a government contractor describing walls three feet thick, full of wires, at the Haystack Air Force Laboratory.
00:27:10Naturally, when we talk about Zetas, we are referring to a very intelligent extraterrestrial entity, sometimes also called gray aliens, aliens of the alpha species.
00:27:25Reticulians, named after the star system Reticuli which they come from, or, more precisely, Zetas.
00:27:35These aliens are described in various ways, but generally as humanoids of short stature, 1m to 1m 20cm tall, slender, completely hairless and gray skinned, hence the name, with large heads, huge almond shaped eyes covered with a black membrane, small mouths, often lacking lips, and with long arms and hands with four fingers.

00:29:34Returning to Boylan's interview, Wolff reveals to him that among the labs he has worked at are S4, near the northeast corner of the Nevada Test Range, Area 51, where he claims to have lived for a while,
00:29:48the foreign technology division laboratories at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base in Dayton, Ohio, and the former Dulce Laboratory near the New Mexico-Colorado border.
00:30:03Wolff says he is also aware that extraterrestrials are working with government scientists at the Haystack Air Force Laboratory, deep inside Haystack Boot at Edwards Air Force Base, California.
00:30:16And when Boylan questioned him about the Indian Springs Auxiliary Airfield Complex adjacent to the Nevada Test Site, Wolff was quick to reply,
00:30:25I can't say anything about it.
00:30:30Wolff goes on to say that the generals he worked with felt helpless in the face of the overwhelming superiority of extraterrestrial technology and mental abilities.
00:30:44And it is precisely because of these feelings of helplessness that the military leaders chose to launch an intense and widespread campaign of disinformation and cover-up of the truth.
00:30:56To discourage any attempts by civilians to acquire even a small part of all the information on extraterrestrials that the government and military had actually managed to obtain.
00:31:09One of the most disturbing revelations Dr. Wolff made during his interview with Richard Boylan undoubtedly concerns the existence of a group of renegades within the military and intelligence agencies involved in this cover-up operation.
00:31:23Wolff labeled this conspiratorial group the Cabal, made up of extremist, fundamentalist, xenophobic, racist, and paranoid officers.
00:31:34The Cabal fears and hates extraterrestrials to such an extent that without any presidential or congressional authorization,
00:31:43they have stolen weapons that the military had manufactured thanks to extraterrestrial technology and used them to shoot down UFOs.
00:31:51They took the surviving extraterrestrial's prisoner and attempted to forcibly extract information from them.
00:31:57A high-level military officer, considered a friend of the Cabal but who in reality secretly plays a double game in an attempt to undermine the group,
00:32:09continuously transmits all information about their activities and their missions to Dr. Wolff.
00:32:15Furthermore, the Cabal also seems to have managed to involve some well-known UFO investigators.
00:32:24Wolff claims in fact that the director of a major US civilian organization on UFOs is involved up to his neck in the Cabal.
00:32:34He adds that another ufologist in Canada is being paid to target various UFO researchers.
00:32:41With this burning topic closed, Wolff goes on to say that as a presidential advisor,
00:32:50he had the opportunity several times to visit Mr. Clinton in his private chambers at the White House,
00:32:56even noting that Mr. and Mrs. Clinton slept in the same bed, thus silencing contrary voices.
00:33:03Furthermore, Wolff adds that when Clinton travelled to Harford, Connecticut for a presidential debate,
00:33:09he stopped by to consult with him.
00:33:11Wolff, in fact, long provided advice to the president via encrypted telephone and National Security Council courier.
00:33:22Possessing some of the highest security clearances, Wolff is in an extremely qualified position
00:33:28to know what the government agencies know about UFOs and extraterrestrials.
00:33:36He has repeatedly stated that he wants to tell President Clinton everything,
00:33:41but at the same time he can't because his bosses at the NSC won't let him.
00:33:47Wolff goes on to say that,
00:33:50President Clinton doesn't know much about Area 51 nor about S4,
00:33:56the top secret underground facility 13 miles south of Area 51 at Papoose Lake,
00:34:02where Dr. Wolff performed some of his research.
00:34:07The president has above-top-secret and need-to-know clearance,
00:34:12but does not have Umbra ultra-top-secret clearance to access top-level magic MJ-12 secrets and keystone documents,

00:34:22Like many federal bureaucracies, MJ-12 has tripled in size, Wolff reports.
00:34:28It now has 36 members, including former Secretary of State Henry Kissinger
00:34:34and father of the hydrogen bomb Edward Teller.

00:34:43including the Battelle Memorial Institute in Columbus, Ohio.
