00:00They say if you're walking alone at night and see something moving in the trees, don't look up.
00:05In rural parts of Mexico, travelers whisper about the hanging woman a figure seen swaying from branches,
00:11her body moving gently with the wind.
00:14At first, she looks like a shadow.
00:17Then you notice the dress, the hair.
00:20Why does she never stop moving?
00:22Some believe she was a woman, abandoned and shamed, left with no escape.
00:26Others say she was accused of a crime she never committed.
00:30But why does she appear near roads just before accidents happen?
00:33Witnesses claim that when they look into her face, time freezes.
00:38The air goes silent.
00:39Why does your chest suddenly feel heavy?
00:42Why do your feet refuse to move?
00:44Drivers who stop to help her later found crash down the road.
00:48Hikers who follow her are never seen again.
00:51Is she asking for help?
00:53Or repeating the moment she died?
00:54Elders warn never to acknowledge her presence.
00:57If the rope starts creaking, it's already too late.
01:01Because when she stops swaying, she's looking at you.
01:04So if you feel the wind shift and hear something above you, keep walking.
01:08Don't pray out loud.
01:10Don't run.
01:12And whatever you do, don't look back.
