00:25Children in our community and it was our faith that first led us to.
00:30Open our home to foster care and it was God's plan that.

00:40And it was God's plan that that allowed.
00:45Us to adopt three amazing children out of foster care to.
00:50To welcome so many more and of course.
00:55This past year, welcome our youngest daughter Florence into the world.
01:00It's through our experience that we've seen how opportunity or the lack thereof can.
01:05Really impact a child at the.
01:10Very beginning stages of their life before they even get a chance themselves.
01:13And that's why, you know, my wife and I.
01:15Along with some of the work that the first lady is doing.
01:20We are working to help foster families.
01:25Foster and adoptive families and personally in our state with protections and support.
01:30In our home state of Arkansas.
01:32You know, every child deserves hope, stability.
01:35And a strong chance at a future, a strong future and for young.
01:40In our families, especially like ours, that your first priorities are, of course, your diapers and your.
01:45Wives and your car seats and all that stuff.
01:46And so starting and investing into.
01:50To a investment account is not necessarily on top of the priority list.
01:53And we're so thankful to have.
01:55We're so thankful to have this.
01:56And I think this sends a powerful message that this administration.
02:00believes that financial opportunity can start early.
02:03That it is intentional.

02:06Can impact every single family.
02:07And my wife and I are so excited that this.
02:10administration has placed families and children like ours at the forefront of.
