06:21higher paying
06:22but not much
06:23growth

06:24one is
06:24maybe a bit
06:25lower salary
06:25but you see
06:26better growth
06:26potential there
06:27you can consider
06:28taking the
06:29lower salary
06:29one that's
06:29something that I
06:30would recommend
06:30actually if
06:31when you're just
06:32starting out
06:33interesting if
06:33you have
06:34enough money
06:35to survive
06:35right
06:35but at what
06:37point does that
06:37become exploitation
06:38yeah so that's
06:39the thing
06:39I think this is
06:40something that
06:40you're going to
06:40decide for
06:41yourself
06:41of course you
06:41cannot take
06:42that forever

06:45to be a point
06:45where after a
06:46certain level
06:47you will get
06:47rewarded for it

06:51like sales
06:51where starting out
06:52the base salary
06:53is really really
06:53low
06:54right but you
06:55get a commission
06:55so the more
06:56you learn
06:57everything if
06:57you're joining
06:57a company with
06:58a low base
06:58salary
06:59but they have
06:59a lot of
07:00really good
07:00sales people
07:01a lot of
07:01really good
07:01leaders and
07:02structures that
07:03you can learn
07:03from
07:04and then that
07:05would result in
07:05you eventually
07:06becoming a good
07:07salesperson who
07:07then earns a
07:08higher commission
07:08then
07:09that's something
07:09that you can
07:09justify
07:10but if it's
07:11a flat base
07:11pay then
07:12I think the
07:13trade-off
07:13between
07:14sales
07:14and sales
07:14is
07:14salary
07:14and growth
07:15you gotta
07:15decide

07:17buck ends
