00:18and teenagers. Macron said young people's emotions should not be for sale or manipulation,
00:25whether by American platforms or Chinese algorithms. The French Agency for Health and Safety
00:31also warned that social media platforms such as TikTok, Snapchat and Instagram have numerous
00:37negative effects on adolescents, especially girls, citing exposure to bullying and violent content.
