00:16even as a roadmap for the implementation of the controversial anti-political dynasty bill has been drawn should the bill pass muster,

00:30As the Senate reopens session today, legislative priorities for the year have already been laid out for deliberation.
00:37Topping the agenda are the discussions on the anti-political dynasty bill and proposed amendments to the party list system.
00:44Yung political dynasty, there will be a hearing soon para yung anti-political dynasty ma-prioritize,
00:52also ma-prioritize the amendments to the party list bill.
00:58Both measures are currently at the committee level.
01:01They are set to be reviewed by the Committee on Electoral Reforms and People's Participation,
01:06headed by Senate President Pro Tempore Panfilo Laxon.
01:09However, Senator Laxon indicated he may be unable to oversee the proceedings
01:15due to his responsibilities as chairman of the Blue Ribbon Committee.
01:19As a result, Senator Risa Honteveros is expected to take over the leadership of the committee.
