00:30that he was involved in numerous affairs.
00:31I mean, to move from dominating a golf tournament to being married and having children,
00:41and then moving from woman to woman to woman to woman. In many ways, Tiger was living
00:48four, five, six, seven different lives at a time.
00:52Jamie Grubbs, one of the women with whom Woods was having an affair,
00:55shared explicit texts he had sent to her with the press, and more came forward with
00:59allegations of their affairs after.

02:17Jussie Smollett's empire came crumbling down in 2019
02:20after it was revealed that he essentially masterminded a hoax of a hate crime staged

02:24You did this all in the name of self-promotion.
02:28As it turned out, Smollett had recruited a pair of brothers,
02:31Abimbola and Olabinjo Osundaro, who had been extras on his series to
02:34orchestrate the drama. While in disguise, the brothers shouted racist and homophobic
02:38slurs with one pouring bleach on the actor, while the other put a noose around his neck.
02:42I've been truthful and consistent on every single level since day one.
02:45These same brothers would testify at a later date that the attack was staged near
02:49a surveillance camera so that video of these events could be publicized.
02:52You do such a disservice when you lie about things like this.
02:55Kim Kardashian and Kanye West's recording of Taylor Swift
02:58The constantly controversial Kanye West and his then-wife influencer Kim Kardashian
03:02alleged Taylor Swift had given her blessing to an inflammatory lyric about her on the rapper's
03:06song, Famous, something Swift herself denied.
03:09I feel like me and Taylor might still have sex!
03:11Kardashian nevertheless persisted, even going so far as to release supposed video
03:15footage of Swift approving the lyric.
03:17Um, yeah, I mean, go with whatever line you think is better.
03:21Years later, however, the call leaked in full, and as it turns out, while Swift did approve one line,
03:25she did not explicitly approve another, more derogatory line about her that ended up on the record.
03:30Why, I made that bitch famous!
03:32And thus continued the never-ending saga of the Kanye-Taylor feud.
03:352019 college admissions scandal
03:37Several wealthy celebrity parents were exposed during the 2019 college admissions scandal,
03:42aka Operation Varsity Blues, for paying to secure their children's admission to elite universities.
03:47Federal prosecutors call this the biggest case of college admissions fraud that they've ever handled.
03:52Among those exposed by the scandal were Full House actress Lori Loughlin, along with her husband,
03:57who submitted photos they staged of their daughters on rowing machines.
04:00This attempt to portray their children as athletes they were not was damning.
04:03Well, the college admissions scandal took another turn this week, with federal prosecutors
04:07releasing the photographs that Lori Loughlin and Massimo Giannulli allegedly took of their daughters
04:11on a rowing machine as part of a scam to get them into USC.
04:14It's no wonder both parents would end up pleading guilty to conspiracy charges that resulted in heavy
04:19fines and prison sentences.
04:20Also caught up in the scandal was fellow actress Felicity Huffman.
04:23I know hindsight is 20-20, but it felt like I would be a bad mother if I didn't do it.
04:29Amber Heard-Johnny Depp Trial
04:30Johnny Depp sued his ex-wife Amber Heard after a 2018 opinion piece was published in
04:34The Washington Post, in which Heard alleged she had been subjected to domestic violence.
04:38I was wanting to lend my name at that specific time to potentially advance the causes within the op-ed.
04:48Depp insisted that it was he who had been a victim of violence at her hands.
04:51A turning point came during the trial when audio is played of an argument between the couple,
04:54during which Heard appears to recognize having hit Depp and berates him for objecting to it.
04:58So you call him a sellout and a joke?
05:01I call them horrible, ugly things.
05:03This evidence likely played a key part in the jury's ultimate decision to hold Heard liable for
05:08defaming her former husband.
05:09What was the hardest part of this case, do you think, for Depp's team?
05:13Without question, you have to demonstrate that this was done with a malicious intent.

05:19Justin Timberlake and Janet Jackson
05:21At the end of their joint performance at the 2004 Super Bowl halftime show,
05:24Justin Timberlake ripped away part of fellow performer Janet Jackson's costume, exposing her breast.
05:35This caused an immediate uproar and added wardrobe malfunction to our collective vocabulary.
05:40To have sexualized the Super Bowl in the manner that they did it is just unforgivable.
05:47In the wake of the incident, Timberlake only saw his stardom rise further and further.
05:51Unfortunately, while his career continued to thrive, Jackson's began to flounder,
05:55and Timberlake would later be criticized for not supporting the singer.
05:58He did apologize for this in 2021, but a near 20-year late apology doesn't quite cut it for us.

06:14Woody Allen and Soon-Yi Previn
06:15Writer-director Woody Allen is known for his award-winning films and the neurotic,
06:19self-deprecating characters he often plays in them.

07:23In Hollywood, it's an unfortunate reality that a DUI is a pretty bog-standard scandal,
07:27the sort of thing that will typically be forgotten in a matter of months if not weeks.
