00:00France's State Railway has launched a new first-class section on selected trains,
00:05offering a quite dedicated space for business travelers.
00:09SNCF introduced the new Optimum Plus class at the beginning of January,
00:14replacing the existing business premier.
00:17Similar to the now-retired class, Optimum Plus is not accessible to children under 12 years of age.
00:23The new carriages are currently only available on TGV trains between Paris and Lyon.

00:39The introduction of this new class has, however, sparked controversy online and in French media.
