00:15As-Salaatim As-Salaam, Ashrafil Mursalim.
00:18Seyyidina Ramanlanin Muhammedin M'dedil M'stafas, Sallallahu Aleyhi Salaam.
00:22Maddiyasi Ciyya Rasul-i Karihim, Habibin As-Salaam.
00:25Maddiyasi Ciyya Rasul-i Karihim, Habibin As-Salaam.
00:30Maddiyasi Ciyya Rasul-i Karihim, Habibin As-Salaam.
00:34M'shaqaani, Maddiyasi Ciyya Rasul-i Karihim, Habibin As-Salaam.
00:40Maddiyasi Ciyya Rasul-i Karihim, Habibin As-Salaam.
00:43Inshallah always anab al-ajee, sa-daeef wa miskin, wa-zalim wa-jahal.
00:48And that by the grace of Allah were in existence and nobody claimed to be anything in the presence
00:59of Allah , in the presence of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ and that to admit our faults
01:06and our bad character and our weakness and weaknesses so that Allah our Lord Almighty
01:15to bless us, to forgive us, to dress us and always to uplift us, inshaAllah from their teachings
01:23and remind always from ourselves that this life is but a subtle dance, not dance and all
01:31the Wahhabis came to now say something like a ballet and they say oh ballet there's not
01:37a lot either, whatever you want to say.
01:39It's a subtle existence, means we walk on a very fine thread and as we draw closer
01:48inshaAllah towards realities that thread becomes ever so thin and our life is based on its subtleties,
02:00based on good manners and adah and they teach us the dangers of the self so that we can
02:11reach towards our reality.
02:13They come into our lives and they enrich us with everything of what Allah has bestowed upon
02:22them.
02:23They are like a walking paradise.
02:25They take all of what was bad and all of what was forbidden, all of what was najas and dirty
02:35within our existence, they take all of that and in exchange they purify everything and they
02:43make our life upon this earth like a paradise.
02:47They purify our rizq and our sustenance, they take that which we earned in a not acceptable
02:54way with Allah and deliver us, purify us and provide for us a way in which Allah sent through
03:04halal means, through purified means, through perfected means.
03:09They take us from an existence in which we were not obedient towards the Divine, not obedient
03:16towards Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ, definitely not obedient towards ulul amr and the people of authority
03:23which Allah described in all the Qur'an.
03:26Atiullah athiyar rasul wa ulul amr minkum and they bring us into that compliance.
03:32They bring us into the compliance of ulul amr, they bring us into the compliance of obedience
03:39to Prophet ﷺ by following the sharia and the sunnah of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ.
03:45And with that obedience, Allah's obedience upon that that they bring us into the obedience
03:51upon the Qur'an inshaAllah.
03:53In our life, if we reflect and we're true with ourselves depending upon the length and
04:00the time, some are almost immediate and some over time can recognize that from where they
04:05were and when Allah introduced them to one of these ibadur rahman whom Allah gave a light
04:14and they are Ahbab and Nabi ﷺ.
04:16They are the lovers, they have a tremendous hook and love for Prophet ﷺ and they are
04:24the doors to that reality.
04:26They are not talking about the uluma who know something but they don't apply it upon themselves.
04:33There are many who are hafiz of Qur'an and they don't apply maybe more than two ayahs
04:39of Qur'an upon themselves.
04:41They are responsible for what you learn, what you memorize Allah, what you account to.
04:45Are you living and practicing by whatever you've recited?
04:49You are accountable for every hadith that you learn, that you implemented it in your life?
04:55Or are you just a trained parrot in which you learned it and spoke it and it had no benefit
05:01upon the self?
05:03Means these real ulur'an, they are walking from the light of holy hadith, walking from the
05:11light of holy Qur'an.
05:12And if we are true to ourself and true in our reflection, we see that how all our life
05:19has prospered.
05:20From our knowledge, from our faith, from our love of Prophet ﷺ, love of holy Qur'an, the
05:27yaqeen and the certainty of faith in which we were maybe going after many directions.
05:33And they brought us to focus on one direction.
05:37That like Siratul Mustaqeen, many people when they were coming they were going to many different
05:43places searching you know, where is their Baba?
05:46Where is my Baba?
05:47Where is my Baba?
05:48And with their yaqeen and with the light in which Allah put of the light of Sayyidina
05:55Muhammad ﷺ, my life completely changed.
05:59And everything that I had from the material world, we gave in that way to Mu'monah Shaykh
06:05Hisham and He took all of that and blessed everything and made everywhere that we walk like a paradise.
06:14Not for me, I'm nothing with a donkey.
06:18But this center, its light, its energy, its knowledges, that Mu'i Mubarak, whatever you
06:27can find good in it, is from his tajalli.
06:32Whatever you find bad from it, is for me.
06:35But if you truly look there's no bad other than the bad characters and we're all trying
06:40to get rid of those.
06:43That is my reflection and everybody has to do their own reflection.
06:49That at every moment if not by the grace of Allah , the grace of Prophet ﷺ and what
06:55Allah bestowed of opening my heart to follow these ulul aam that taught us to continuously
07:03make a hisaq because in an instant Prophet ﷺ warned that, don't let me for an instant
07:10follow my nafs because in a second my nafs will trick me and change the wording.
07:16Because this is a very eloquent life.
07:18You know Najm al-Balaq that they say is from the star of the eloquence of the stars of the
07:26Surabhi, of the companions of the Ahlul Bayt and Nabi ﷺ.
07:31Our life is about that.
07:32It's that eloquence and the latif and the subtlety of that.
07:38That if I attribute everything to what Allah has given, it's all from Allah, no doubt.
07:46It's by the Rahmah and the mercy of Sayyidina Muhammad SAW, but I know very certain, like
07:51I know the back of my hand that it's from my shaykh, that the knowledge He poured into
07:57my heart is the fruits in which we are all taking from.
08:03The light He put into our heart, into my heart is the light in which I see through darkness.
08:09The rizq and the sustenance and the homes and everything that been bestowed upon me is from
08:16His tajjalis and from myself, if left to myself I would have been in utter destruction.
08:25If we don't keep that system in life where you owe everything to whom Allah sent you
08:33for guidance from real guidance, we're not talking about people whose hearts are not
08:39lit.
08:40Even those you owe an appreciation, even somebody taught you one letter, alif, you owe your life.
08:46But if Allah truly guided us to those who have the love of Sayyidina Muhammad SAW, and they
08:56act upon their knowledge and their heart emanates a light and an energy and we feel it and we
09:03taste it then they teach.
09:06With that you have to constantly reflect that everything from them because then Shaitan keeps
09:14coming and playing that, look you did so much, leave it in an instant.
09:21It puts a khatar in your ear, a thought within your ear, you gave so much, all He wants is
09:33that, leave.
09:34Then yeah you're right, I did give, I did serve, I did be of service because giving can be money,
09:46can be time, can be from whatever Allah gave to us.
09:50So Shaitan come and take all those good actions and want to break the relationship and want
10:07to attribute everything to myself where I'm not to attribute anything to myself or to my
10:13cleverness but it's all from my guide, it's all from my Sayyidina Muhammad SAW, my Rasool
10:22, and all from Allah in most times.
10:25But Allah has been cause and effect, it has to reach to us.
10:30If I attribute to myself, now here comes the faraum within me, oh you gave, you gave,
10:38oh yeah you're right, I did that, I gave a lot.
10:43Means now I've applied what was given to me and I've put myself within that amal.
10:51And soon now a sickness will develop within that amal that will distance me from my shait.
10:59And cause within me a cancer that develops that thinking I'm somebody and I've done something.
11:07When in fact I should realize I've absolutely done nothing but He's given me everything.
11:13And I've merely given Him a small share of what Allah has bestowed upon me from His du'as,
11:22from His nazad, from His love of Sayyidina Muhammad SAW, I am the recipient of that barakah.
11:30Allah sent for me a plate of food, it was my faith and my entire understanding that no doubt
11:40if a plate of food comes to me I have to give it back to my beloved shaykh.
11:46I have to give a portion of that back.
11:49How could I eat and He's not eating because it's by analogy.
11:54How could I have something and I don't share it if it all came from Him?
11:59But if it came from me, no I don't have to share anything.
12:02And that's what shaitan wants, you don't have to share, you did so much.
12:06My goodness you're like a peacock, you're great.
12:09Go away because everything they're teaching for us this is the hijrah, this is the hajj.
12:17We're reaching towards the final goal and every year that goal resets, it's a new hijrah.
12:24Allah want to give us bounty but teaching us shaitan is a fierce opponent coming right behind you.
12:30At every moment he's eating your feet and your hands to drop what you're doing.
12:35Attribute to what you do to yourself so that you can become like a Faraon,
12:40Allah Rabbi wa bi'ala, I am the Lord Most High because this was Faraon's difficulty with him.
12:46He attributed everything to himself.
12:49Oh I have the wealth and you think your Lord has wealth, I have wealth.
12:53You have life and death, I have life and death.
12:55And he brought people in front of him and he says, you die, you live.
12:59He says, I can do all that what you say and what you attribute to Allah ,
13:03I have that ability too.
13:06And the character of shaitan is to come and constantly eat within our ear that attribute what you're doing to yourself,
13:13be proud of what you've done and begin to give the credit to yourself and then you begin to feel boastful.
13:21For the subtlety is I have yet not done anything.
13:25What he bestowed upon me and what my support is not even a drop of what he has given to me.
13:32He gave me of all his knowledges and bestowed that upon my God.
13:37He gave me from his family and things and the emotion.
13:54He didn't do that for money.
13:56He didn't do that for anything.
13:59He did it for his love.
14:07He took a child dirty and he made it to grow into a man.
14:14He made that man to be presented to Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ.
14:18We're all being presented to focus on, I'm not singling myself as anything.
14:23I'm hoping that they accept me to be a donkey in their way.
14:27But it's a fierce fight between me and shaitan.
14:33You're not going to fool me and try to attribute anything to me.
14:37And everything around you will say it's from you.
14:39You're a good one.
14:40You're the best one.
14:41You've done so much, mashaAllah.
14:42And three other shaitans will come and whisper in the form of human beings to you,
14:47to attribute that to you.
14:49For shaitan has many agents.
14:51He whispers to three more people and then all of a sudden they come up to you saying,
14:54Yeah, you're a great one.
14:55You're a great one.
14:56And Prophet ﷺ said, the one who praises you in front of you has cursed you.
15:02Because this is a fierce battle, don't praise somebody in front of you.
15:07They're already in difficulty with sicknesses.
15:10And they're constantly trying to struggle against this sickness.
15:14And every night they should be making a contemplation and tafakkur that everything from them, from
15:21their grace, Ya Rabbi don't let me for a moment to forget it.
15:24Because then I'll begin to become boastful and separate from that reality.
15:30These are their teachings.
15:33And now we ask what Allah has to say.
15:37That's what Allah has to say.
15:48That is MashaAllah saying wonderful, this idea is right here.
15:52I have Shait Sahih.
15:53I have Shait Sahih.
15:54I have Shait Mahir.
15:5817.
15:5923
16:1024
16:1525
16:17Allah describes in Surat Al-Tawbah and for those who are following in this year of understanding
16:45of Shams and Arifeen that are moving in the twelve hijabs in the reality of Prophet ﷺ.
16:52The first hijab in Muharram has to do with the power of nine and they enter into the ninth
16:57surah which is Surat Al-Tawbah.
17:01And through Surat Al-Tawbah verse 103 Allah is describing of their wealth take their
17:14alms.
17:15Alms are provision, means from every provision they've been given take from them and this
17:22is a description in an ayah of Holy Qur'an in which Allah is spoken to Prophet ﷺ.
17:28But doesn't mean when Prophet ﷺ is not here that the ayah finished and became extinct or
17:33expired?
17:34Means that there must be representatives of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ, they are .
17:39Allah says, he's amongst you.
17:40The love and the ash-aqeen of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ, they carry the light of Prophet ﷺ.
17:46And Allah describing a reality of Holy Qur'an that take from their wealth that says, you
17:56may purify them, that you may sanctify them and pray for them.
18:04Verily your prayers are a source of assurance and tranquility for them.
18:10For Allah is the one who heareth and knoweth, Allah .
18:14So then who are these people that keep saying that, I have only a direct relationship with
18:20Allah and nobody has any benefit for me other than Allah .
18:25Allah is describing in Holy Qur'an.
18:30They go to them and take from their wealth, take from everything they have.
18:34Why take from them?
18:35Khutm walihum .
18:36Because they're not going to give it.
18:38They're not going to give their time.
18:40They're not going to give from their wealth because their wealth is dear and loving to them.
18:46They're not going to give from their services.
18:49So then the shaykh is teaching and following them, inspiring them that keep pushing, keep pushing.
18:56Because there's a tremendous benefit and everything we do is like a khidmah.
19:02Every service, every money, every time, every ability that we have, we're giving in the way of Allah .
19:09And Allah is describing, take from them that sadaqah .
19:14Tuhayirun means you're going to make them then the tahirah and zakat.
19:22That you're going to purify their form.
19:25But take from them their wealth so that you may purify them is the word tahir.
19:31And sanctify them the zakat.
19:33Why?
19:34Because you're going to tahirun means you're going to purify their form.
19:39Means by what you give to these awliyaullah it's going to cause your form to be purified.
19:47The zakat is going to cause the soul to be purified because they teach us that everything that we do
19:54when we don't purify it in the way of Allah , it become like a sickness.
20:00It become like a festering infection from within that begins to show its blisters upon the form.
20:08So Allah then describing that when you come to them and they take from you,
20:14they're going to make you from the mutahirun.
20:18They're going to purify and cleanse your form.
20:21If they begin to work and clean the form means they take all that which is najas away from you,
20:28off of you and begin to purify and perfect the form.
20:33And then Allah means you're going to be purified within your soul.
20:40And now we're entering into the month of Hajj which is the great understanding of zakat.
20:48There's zakat in which you give from your property which Sayyidina Ibrahim had.
20:55The ultimate zakat Allah says, I want the sun.
21:00You give all your wealth, you give every property you have.
21:03Sayyidina Ibrahim was very famous for being tested.
21:07Angels would come to him and ask, can we have your property and long hadiths?
21:11And he said, take whatever you want from Allah .
21:14Whatever he gave to me, take it.
21:17So great test came that this sun you've been waiting 90 years for, we want him.
21:24Sacrifice Sayyidina Ismail for us.
21:27Means the ultimate Allah describing of zakat.
21:31We're going to purify his soul, I asked from him what he thought I would never ask.
21:36And the story everyone knows and he reluctantly gave his son to be sacrificed.
21:42But Sayyidina Ismail represents Sayyidina Muhammad's ultimate purity.
21:50The perfected insan, maqam al-ihsan, the highest level of perfection is Sayyidina Ismail coming and saying,
22:04I was sacrificing myself.
22:06You were sacrificing me, your property.
22:09I was willing to sacrifice myself for Allah , for Prophet ﷺ.
22:15So they're teaching that the levels of zakat means in dealing with them and with awliya Allah.
22:22They teach us by means of our service, by means of our support, by means of our attendance.
22:28Allah describing your form is going to be purified.
22:31They're going to be purified.
22:32They're going to be for mutahirun .
22:34They're going to take away all that's najas from your form and that's what we saw in our life.
22:40They're going to perfect your soul in which you not only sacrifice your property, you sacrifice your time.
22:47.
22:48Inna's Salati wa'l-musuti wa'l-maiya ala baham amatilillahi rabbil chifufu .
23:02Which you are leading for the Qur'an.
23:04You sacrifice everything of yourself and you enter into the states of mawtul qabla, mawt.
23:05They have no more desires for yourself.
23:07You only want to reach Allah's satisfaction and the love of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ.
23:10And Allah saying, how are you going to get to that?
23:13not by doing yourself anything but to give to them, be with them, accompany them.
23:27Verily pray for them, purify them, sanctify them and salih. Allah said pray for them. So,
23:38when they come and say that nobody can pray for anybody else. So, then you must be really
23:42a different Qur'an. But this Qur'an says pray for them. So, it means other people can pray for you.
23:50And Allah describing that your prayer is going to perfect their form, perfect their
23:59soul, it's going to perfect their characters and verily your prayers are a source of assurance,
24:05sakina and tranquility. Sakina means there's going to be a tranquility within your heart,
24:11within your entire being. When you enter into their presence, you serve within their presence,
24:17you follow within their presence. Allah says that presence is a guided presence,
24:24it's describing. It's not just an empty hand that you're going to serve. But these people of light
24:31in which Allah describing these are the ash-aqeen and the lovers of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ. Anything
24:38we do in their way, it perfects the character, the form. Anything we do in their way is perfecting the
24:46soul and reaching towards its ultimate satisfaction. And every dua that they're making, because one grain
24:54of rice, there are such a high caliber of rijal that if you give them one grain of rice, they owe you
25:03something today and on the day of judgment. You're not like the crooks of the world where they take and
25:11they give you nothing. Allah described, these are the rijalullah. That whatever you give to them is
25:19perfectly within a hisaab, whatever you do with them and do for them in the service of Allah ,
25:26it is counted and they are praying for it. Because they are accountable to Allah . Allah
25:32is going to ask them, didn't you just get something from them? Didn't they just serve you?
25:37Didn't they just do something? How is it that you didn't pray for them? It's impossible. So,
25:43they pray for them and Allah says, then pray for them because your prayer is going to be a
25:49surety for them, a source of sakina, a tranquility within their heart and a turbulent and upside down
25:57world where we find no safety. We don't understand what's happening left and right. And Allah said,
26:04yes from these people from the bab of tawbah, if you can be and meet one of them, Allah is describing,
26:11and we are samim alim. That we hear what they say. We hear what they're praying for. We know what
26:19their interaction with you is and that's why it's such a close relationship with Prophet ﷺ.
26:27Because they fulfilled their covenant. Verse 111 in Surat al-Tawbah describes that they completed their
26:35covenant, their ahad and that their bayah was complete. Means they took the hand of Prophet ﷺ
26:43and the hand of Prophet ﷺ, Allah upon that, their relationship is very intimate and very close
26:51with Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ. When you deal with their hand, it is the hand of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ
26:57upon their hand. And if the hand of Prophet ﷺ is upon their hand, the hand of Allah
27:03ﷺ, qudra and might most high is upon them. That's why Allah then described me,
27:10I hear and I know everything that you're doing with them. The others we may don't care for them,
27:17maybe they're not that level. Maybe they haven't reached that understanding. But if those who reach
27:24that understanding and are in the company of these awliyaullah, then Allah has given us a tremendous
27:31gift and a tremendous bounty. Hence the beginning of the talk was, don't attribute anything to yourself,
27:39don't let pride enter into your actions that make you to cut it and make you to distance yourself.
27:46And I said, ah I did so much, I've done nothing from what they have bestowed upon me and brought
27:53me or send me and brought me into the oceans of love. I have yet done anything.
28:00I've done nothing from what we have done.
28:07I love you, Allah Allah.
28:09I love you, Allah Allah.
28:10I love you, Allah Allah.
28:17Let's pray.
