00:00.
00:16OK, do you want to raise your hand when you want to answer me a lot of questions?
00:19I'll try and get around as many as possible.
00:21Vinny, do you want to start off there?
00:23We saw that on social media, on Insta, you posted after the game against Burnley,
00:30we stayed together, so how would you sum up the mood in the group now,
00:33particularly after the fans' reaction on Saturday at full-time as well?
00:37Obviously, I understand the fans' frustration and, of course, they have freedom of speech,
00:47and we are disappointed also.
00:49But I think what I posted is that we all should stay really together
00:56and in the moments when it doesn't go so well with the results.
01:02I understand that fans pay the tickets, travel to follow us and support us,
01:09and we want to win games and we take the responsibility as Liverpool players.
01:15But obviously, like I said, we want to win and tomorrow for all the fans that come to support us,
01:25we want to give them a good moment.
01:27Virgil also suggested there was going to be a team meeting on Monday.
01:31Did that meeting take place?
01:33Have you spoken as a group about what's been going wrong?
01:36Can you give us any insight as to what came out of that meeting?
01:40I'll keep it between us and the players, so I'm not really going to say here.
01:48But there's still plenty to play for this season, isn't there?
01:51Can you sum up the importance that this game has to your hopes of finishing in the top eight in this competition,
01:57and also the confidence that you take from the results against Atletico, Real and Inter?
02:02Yeah, I think it's important for us and we want to finish in top eight and go to the last 16.
02:10And we know we have to win two tough games for that.
02:15So, I think, yeah, tomorrow's game is going to be tough.
02:19It's a really good side, Marcel, and it's going to be tough 90 minutes,
02:24but we hope to get it over the line.
02:27Milos, good evening.
02:29We've also seen videos from the opening training today.
02:34How is your nose? How do you feel?
02:36Thanks for that. It's good. It's all right.
02:40Great, and I have one serious question.
02:42Liverpool fans are expecting rather more from your wing play with Cody Gagpo,
02:48and we know that you can give more.
02:51Could you please explain how do you see the problem,
02:55and does one really exist, and do you discuss it with Cody?
03:01I would say no, it's not really a problem, you know.
03:05I think I play well with Cody.
03:09I wouldn't call it a problem.
03:12It's my job, you know, to give a winger the ball,
03:17to make space, to run, to overlap, to underlap,
03:19to do everything that I can to open space for him to go,
03:22and I even create space then for a striker,
03:25and then it's his decision, you know, what he's going to do.
03:30But, yeah, we don't have any problem.
03:33We talk always often in training, we do the combinations,
03:36so there is not really a problem.
03:39Andy.
03:41Hi, Mylos. How do you feel your form has gone recently?
03:47You seem to be enjoying it more, a bit more confident over the last few weeks and months.
03:53Do you feel like you've settled in now?
03:56I think, yes, I feel, you know, when I came here,
04:03I think every player needs a bit of time to adapt
04:05because you come to one of the biggest clubs in the world,
04:09and I got help really from everyone, from the boss, from the players,
04:14from staff, from everyone, and I think, yeah,
04:18last month or so I improved in a lot of areas,
04:23but, yeah, I'm still not satisfied,
04:27and, of course, I want more, and everyone's going to help me to do it.
04:31Adam.
04:33Hi, Mylos.
04:35Virgil said on the weekend that Liverpool have been sloppy
04:38after the hour-marking games, and it's not the first time.
04:40Do you agree with that assessment?
04:42Yeah, I do. I think we really start well the games.
04:47We finish also the half well, and, yeah, I don't know,
04:51after 60, 70 minutes, we always lose that focus, you know,
04:55lose the, maybe, some tactical discipline, you know.
05:01I don't know, because if we get tired or whatever it is,
05:05but, yeah, I would agree with that, and we will have it addressed, you know.
05:11Lewis.
05:12Hi, Mylos.
05:13Since your move from Bournemouth in terms of the tactical side,
05:16does Arnie Slott ask different things of you compared to Iriola at Bournemouth?
05:22Yeah, obviously, I mean, he's different coaches, different philosophy,
05:28but every game that the gaffer gives me indication, I do what he tells me,
05:35so that's what I have to do.
05:38Have you learnt much from playing, not alongside, but with Andy Robertson,
05:42who's obviously so experienced in that position?
05:44Has he helped you much since you've been there?
05:46Yeah, a lot, we talked a few times, and, like I always said before,
05:52you know, Robo is a legend here in the club, and a big player,
05:56did a lot of stuff for the club, won trophies, and for me,
06:00it's a privilege, you know, to be next to such a player,
06:03and I'm just taking it in, I'm learning, I'm listening always,
06:08and I just want to improve, and that's it.
06:11Greg?
06:12Do the players think this competition is now the priority
06:16after what's happened in the Premier League?
06:18Of course it is, I mean, it's Champions League,
06:23so we have two games left, we know we have to win,
06:26and to go through to the last 16, so it's priority now for Wednesday,
06:32and then the priority on Saturday is Premier League.
06:35Have you thought any deeper and thought about
06:37what it might be like to perhaps win this competition?
06:40I mean, as a young, you always watch Champions League,
06:46and who leaves the trophy and everything, and it's really nice,
06:50it's a big achievement, but I'm always focused game by game.
06:54I think most of the lads are also, and we just take it game by game,
06:59and we want to focus like that, and we will see what will happen.
07:04Cheers, guys. Thank you.
