00:35Rappler has confirmed through corporate filings that the new owner of the property is a company owned by Jose Raulito Paras, Romualdez's business associate and fraternity brother.
00:44The witnesses' testimony, together with the confirmed ownership, provide the first direct links between Romualdez and the Diskayas.
00:50Romualdez spokesperson, lawyer Abdel Dan Fajardo, says there is nothing to answer as Curly Diskaya also denies the information.
