00:06It marks the history of Europe in the last 75 years.

00:14I'm extremely grateful to the members of the committee who have taken this decision.

00:21This decision comes at a time when Europe had many enemies, perhaps never as many as now, both internal and external enemies.

00:38We want to preserve our Union, we want to preserve our Europe, and the Europeans will have to get closer together as they've never been before.

00:57First, we have to overcome our self-inflicted weaknesses.
