00:00Find him, the IRA finds him in Palestine. He's on the number one, this is actually a sort of a bit of a, I mean, is that why? When he gets onto the train in Victoria Station to go to Palestine, he's the number two on the IRA's hit list for what he did in Palestine.
00:18Only behind Wilson, who's even more despised and abide by the IRA, little to the knowledge of Tudor, while his train is pulling out, Wilson is gunned down on the doorstep of his Belgrania home in London, and Tudor now becomes the number one marked man by the IRA, as he gets shipped off the palace, and they eventually find him there.
00:47So Churchill, he, and there's some sort of very personal letters between Tudor and Churchill, their best buddies from World War I, and Churchill trips him out in the middle of the night, and he pensions off in Lutheran, which by the way, he intends to be the place where all these former colonial officials, and they're getting bumped off all over the empire, and there's a sort of a collection of them, a couple of them up on the posters on Lutheran, where they all pension before they go on.
01:16But then finally, we've got Barbara Harris, I missed you a moment ago. Harris is one of the young shot chops in the, in the IRA, and he's one of the ones, he's named to us in Britain as former Harris.
01:28Farmer Harris, because he eventually becomes, uh, instrumental in World War II when the bombing of Dresden and the like, he cuts his teeth in Empire, um, he goes down, he's in South Rhodesia, he forever wears his little Southern Rhodesia flashback on his, on his arm, he's a blazing racist.
01:45Um, he loves the empire, he, he, he cuts his teeth, he heads on to what becomes South West Africa, um, he then goes back up to, uh, to, to the UK for training, um, he's sent out to India, where he's practicing some of his tactics on the Northwest frontier, um, to use his accent.
02:03He's actually, they are experimenting with air control. So the planes become these extraordinary, I mean, it's, it's a, it's a, it's a, a light goes off for, for, uh, for Churchill, that they, they basically, uh, they have a, they have a, they cannot afford, they don't know how to control large swaths of population, particularly on the frontier, and suddenly, they have a single airplane dropping, and everything.
02:31And everything. Firebark, shatnel bombs, all, they're casting all over the Northwest frontier, and, of course, in Iraq and elsewhere. And it's, it's, it's, it's Farmer Harris, who's the young hotshot, who is known for the Persian, uh, you have been on Friday nights, getting blind drunk, and then going hunting.
02:50Absolutely. Absolutely. And they don't, and they don't, for fun, for fun. And so, he's back and forth, there he is, up again, and, um, he goes back down to Palestine.
03:00And finally, we all know, Bernie, uh, uh, my niece, in our home family, very famous, of course, general, he, too, Ireland, he, tell, any of these folks who are, of themselves, in Ireland, he goes back to the UK, and he, this is a dress parade for him, for the real thing of World War II, and here he is in Palestine, uh, he goes off to India, and then he's back to Palestine again.
03:21So, before this map came back to me, one of these, the kind of exercises of this book would have been mapping exercises.
