00:00In the first few seconds, even before the mind can find a name for what it is hearing,
00:05a truth imposes itself like an urgent whisper,
00:09that which you call chaos, difficulty, pain, or conflict.
00:15It's not as real as it seems.
00:17There is something profoundly wrong with the way we have learned to see life.
00:23And that is precisely what needs to be revealed now.
00:26Because if you continue to believe that the world is against you, you will remain trapped.
00:32But if you realize what's hidden behind it all, nothing else will be able to disturb you.
00:38We live in a time when noise is constant.
00:41News, opinions, fears, comparisons, demands.
00:46The world seems like a battlefield where each day brings a new problem to be solved.
00:53A new threat to be faced.
00:55A new anxiety to carry.
00:59People wake up already tired, and go through the day in a state of tension.
01:02And they go to sleep with the feeling that something is always missing.
01:06And yet, behind all this commotion, there is an absolute calm that has never moved.
01:14A reality that is neither born nor dies.
01:17That neither improves nor worsens.
01:19That which knows neither crisis nor solution.
01:21This reality is here, now, silent, while everything else passes by.
01:26The great deception begins when we believe that the turbulence of the world is the ultimate truth.
01:33When we confuse movement with essence, the wave with the ocean, the cloud with the sky.
01:40What seems unstable comes and goes.
01:44What seems threatening appears and disappears.
01:48What seems definitive one day dissolves.
01:51And yet, there is something in you that remains intact while everything changes.
01:56Something that observes the birth and end of each experience without ever being touched by them.
02:01This "something" is not a distant philosophical concept.
02:05It is not a religious belief.
02:06It is conscience itself that now hears these words.
02:10The problem is not in the world.
02:12It never was.
02:13The problem arises the moment you identify with what is happening.
02:18When you believe you are the body, the story, the name, the role, the past, the fear.
02:26At this moment, the entire universe seems too heavy.
02:30Every situation becomes an obstacle.
02:32Every unexpected event becomes a threat.
02:35Every discomfort turns into suffering.
02:37But observe honestly.
02:39Suffering does not come from what happens.
02:41It arises from interpretation, from resistance, from the belief that something should be different from what it is.
02:47The idea of a problem only exists because there is the idea of a separate self that needs to control the course of life.
02:58When something doesn't go the way you want, the mind declares it.
03:02There is a problem.
03:03But life doesn't recognize that word.
03:06Reality doesn't know what error is.
03:08She simply expresses herself.
03:10Everything is unfolding exactly as it should.
03:13Even if the mind disagrees, complains, or fights.
03:17The conflict is not in the events themselves.
03:20It's in the internal opposition to them.
03:23When you look at yourself closely, you notice something disconcerting.
03:28There were never any real problems.
03:30There were thoughts about problems.
03:32There were stories created around neutral situations.
03:36There were interpretations conditioned by fear, desire, and attachment.
03:40The world is not broken.
03:43Reality doesn't need fixing.
03:45What needs to be seen is the illusion that makes it seem like something is wrong.
03:51There is an ancient understanding that transcends cultures and time, always pointing to the same silent center.
03:58They call it God, consciousness, absolute reality, Brahman.
04:01It doesn't matter what it's called.
04:02Experience matters.
04:05This center is not located somewhere far away.
04:08He doesn't even belong to a select group of enlightened people.
04:11He is what you are before any thought about who you are.
04:17It's the real estate fund where all the experience happens.
04:21When the mind becomes entangled in the world, everything becomes bothersome.
04:24Small things generate anger.
04:26Trivial situations cause frustration.
04:29Other people's words can deeply wound you.
04:32But this happens because identity is based on what is fragile.
04:37The body changes, emotions fluctuate.
04:39Thoughts come and go.
04:43Relying on this sense of identity is like building a house on quicksand.
04:48The most liberating truth, and also the hardest to accept.
04:52The thing is, you are not what you suffer.
04:54You are not the complaining mind.
04:57You are not the body that ages.
04:59You are not the story you tell about yourself.
05:02All of this appears within you, but it doesn't define who you are.
05:06Just as clouds pass through the sky without ever becoming the sky,
05:10Thoughts and sensations pass through consciousness without ever defining it.
05:16When this starts to become apparent, something relaxes inside.
05:19The constant need to solve everything decreases.
05:22The urge to change one's life is losing its force.
05:25The compulsion to compare oneself to others slowly dissolves.
05:31Not because the external world has changed, but because the internal fulcrum has changed.
05:36Attention returns to the silent center, where there is no conflict.
05:42There is a simple, yet profoundly transformative secret.
05:46Do not identify with anything that is not your true self.
05:51As long as there is identification with body and mind, the world will seem threatening.
05:57But when identification shifts to the silent essence,
06:02Everything comes to be perceived as an expression of the same principle.
06:06What once seemed hostile turns out to be neutral.
06:08What seemed burdensome turns out to be temporary.
06:12What seemed unbearable loses its power.
06:16The mind likes to feel important.
06:18She creates problems so she can later feel heroic when trying to solve them.
06:23I need to get over this.
06:25I have to overcome this situation.
06:27I cannot fail.
06:29This narrative reinforces the feeling of a central self.
06:33Responsible.
06:34Controller.
06:36But when you investigate honestly, you realize something disconcerting.
06:41This "me" doesn't exist in the way it seems.
06:44It is merely a collection of repeated thoughts, sustained by belief.
06:49When self-confidence weakens, so do the problems.
06:54Not because life becomes perfect in the common sense,
06:58But because then there is no longer anyone left to fight against it.
07:02What happens?
07:04It happens.
07:05The body goes through experiences.
07:07The mind reacts.
07:09But you remain as a witness, untouched.
07:13Nothing needs to be changed for this to be seen.
07:15There's no need to run away to another place, adopt a new identity,
07:20To accumulate knowledge or seek special experiences.
07:24The work is internal, silent, subtle.
07:28It's about learning to see in a new light.
07:31To abandon the labels of good and bad, right and wrong, success and failure.
07:37These categories belong to the realm of thought.
07:40Reality does not recognize them.
07:42When attention turns inward, something surprising happens.
07:47It becomes clear that all the wisdom, all the peace, all the happiness that has always been sought,
07:54They were already here when they were outside.
07:56At the center of being.
07:58In the silence that exists before thought.
08:01In a place where nothing is lacking.
08:03The mind believes that happiness depends on something external—a person, a place, an achievement.
08:11a specific condition.
08:13But true happiness doesn't depend on anything.
08:16It is not produced.
08:18It is revealed when the internal obstacles fall away.
08:21It is a natural, immutable state that has always been present.
08:25but obscured by identification with illusion.
08:29Suffering does not originate from the universe.
08:31There is nothing in the cosmos with the power to harm who you are.
08:35Suffering arises when the mind tells stories and you believe them.
08:40When you accept thoughts as absolute truths.
08:44When you allow internal narratives to control your perception of reality.
08:48Thoughts, by themselves, have no power.
08:51Power arises when people are believed in.
08:53There's a simple key to it.
08:56Observe.
08:56When a thought arises, instead of following it, question it silently.
09:02Who does this thought appear to?
09:04The answer is always the same.
09:06For me.
09:08And then the essential question arises.
09:10Who am I?
09:12Not as a concept, but as a living investigation.
09:16In seeking the source, thought loses its power.
09:19Like a mirage that dissipates as we approach.
09:22Just as someone mistakes a rope for a snake in the dim light, the mind confuses thoughts with reality.
09:29Fear arises.
09:30The body reacts.
09:32My heart races.
09:34But when the lightbulb goes on, it becomes clear that there was never a snake.
09:38Just one rope.
09:39Fear disappears not because something has been overcome, but because the illusion has been recognized.
09:45Abandoning pretense is essential.
09:47Pretending to be strong when you're afraid.
09:50Pretending to be in control when there is insecurity.
09:53Pretending to care when there is emptiness.
09:56Self-pity is also a form of imprisonment.
09:59She keeps her identity tied to pain.
10:01When someone defines themselves by their own wound, they remain in it.
10:06Letting go of this isn't denying the human experience.
10:09But not to be reduced to it.
10:10Freedom is the original nature of being.
10:15It doesn't need to be won over.
10:16It needs to be recognized.
10:19What obscures it are thoughts, conditioning, and repeated beliefs.
10:25When you stop fighting against what arises and learn to observe without reacting, something profound transforms.
10:33The mind begins to quiet down.
10:36And in silence, the truth reveals itself effortlessly.
10:39Don't fight.
10:40I couldn't resist.
10:42Do not react.
10:43Observe.
10:44This simple attitude dissolves old patterns.
10:47Gradually, what once bothered us loses intensity.
10:52Conflicts disappear not because the other person has changed, but because you have stopped fueling the dynamic.
10:58There is no longer any need to prove anything, to win anything, to compensate for anything.
11:01The person who awakens doesn't announce it to the world.
11:05It is not necessary.
11:06The transformation manifests itself naturally.
11:08There is more presence, more calm, more clarity.
11:11People around them sense it, even if they can't explain it.
11:15Inner silence becomes a refuge amidst the noise of the world.
11:20Over time, the identification with the body and mind weakens.
11:24They continue to function, but they cease to be the center.
11:27The feeling of being limited dissolves.
11:30A subtle sense of expansion emerges, as if consciousness were not confined to a single point.
11:36but if it extended to everything.
11:37The world goes on.
11:39People continue on.
11:40The events continue.
11:41But everything is seen from a different perspective.
11:44Nothing that can be described is the ultimate reality.
11:47While that might be the case, it's not quite that.
11:49The ultimate truth is silence.
11:52Not the silence of absence, but a full, living, conscious silence.
11:58And it is from this silence that a peace is born that does not depend on circumstances.
12:04The universe is not your enemy.
12:06It never was.
12:07The only thing that seemed to be working against you were your own unexamined thoughts.
12:13When the mind quiets down, one realizes that everything conspires in favor of life.
12:18Love is not a fleeting feeling, but the foundation of everything.
12:23Love, consciousness, and absolute reality are different names for the same essence.
12:30When this loving awareness takes hold, problems simply find nowhere to take root.
12:37They only appear when there is a feeling of separation.
12:41When that separation fades, love effortlessly takes care of everything.
12:46At this point, it's important to acknowledge and express gratitude.
12:50To you who are here, listening, reflecting, allowing something to stir within.
