00:00All of us have dealt with grief in some or the other way. We have lost our loved ones, right?
00:04I think it is the most difficult thing to do.
00:07You see, after the person is dead, you remember that person.
00:10But when the person is alive, do you remember death?
00:13Not exactly.
00:14Death has to be seen as a fact. A fact not at the end of a string.
00:21But as a present reality.
00:24Everything is changing all the time. That is death.
00:27Why do you want to avoid it?
00:28Even if this person is set to stay alive for another three decades, she won't be the same one she is this evening.
00:36And I waste away this evening because I forget there would be change, that there would be death.
00:42So the evening is gone. And tomorrow she'll be another person. And then I'll regret.
00:46And one day when this body will be ashes, and I'll regret even more.
00:50It is not death that scares us.
00:53Unlived life is what we grieve for.
00:57Unlived life is what we do.
00:58Unlived life is what we do.
00:59Unlived life is what we do.
01:00Unlived life is what we do.
01:01Unlived life is what we do.
01:02Unlived life is what we do.
01:03Unlived life is what we do.
01:04Unlived life is what we do.
01:05Unlived life is what we do.
01:06Unlived life is what we do.
01:07Unlived life is what we do.
01:08Unlived life is what we do.
01:09Unlived life is what we do.
01:10Unlived life is what we do.
01:11Unlived life is what we do.
01:12Unlived life is what we do.
01:13Unlived life is what we do.
01:14Unlived life is what we do.
01:15Unlived life is what we do.
01:16Unlived life is what we do.
01:17Unlived life is what we do.
01:18Unlived life is what we do.
