00:00First off, rehab is going great so far
00:03Just hitting all the checkpoints that the doctor wants you to do
00:07And getting the strength and the range of mobility back
00:11So that's been going great
00:12Been doing all of it here in Kansas City so far
00:15And Julie has been crushing it, pushing me
00:18And the doctor kind of gives you goals to get to
00:21And I just try to maximize those
00:22And they hold me back because I always want to go a little bit further
00:25So it's been going great
00:27Obviously I think the long term, I want to be ready for week one
00:31The doctor said that I could be
00:34But I can't predict what's going to happen throughout the process
00:37But that's my goal
00:39And so I'll try to prepare myself to be ready to play in that week one
00:42And have no restrictions
00:44You want to be out there healthy and giving us the best chance to win
00:47And so obviously I'll hopefully be able to do some stuff in OTAs
00:51And get to training camp and hopefully be able to do a lot there
00:54So I'm excited for the process
00:57It's a long process, but I'm excited for it
