00:08We're the only party with a plan to cut the benefits bill in Scotland, which is set to balloon to £10 billion by 2030, a country with a population of 4.9 million.
00:17That's absolute madness. And we're the only party that's going to support struggling small businesses who are being hammered with higher business rates here.
00:25So that's our pitch. Common sense policies to make people feel better off and grow the economy here in Scotland.
00:31And we're the only party that can do that.
