00:00So we pulled over in a place called Buffalo, Wyoming, middle of nowhere, and the generator would not kick back in.
00:06And as soon as I turned the ignition off, the carbon monoxide detector started blaring.
00:11It was just screaming, telling him to get out of the RV, everybody evacuate, you know.
00:15So we got out of the RV, and there was no power at all with the RV at all, like no battery power or anything.
00:21So I called him up to tell him the batteries are completely dead, we're completely stranded here.
00:25And he told me to call roadside assistance.
00:27On what day of your trip was that?
00:29That was Sunday night on the 22nd.
00:32Two days after you left.
00:34So I called roadside assistance up, and I was on the phone with them for about 15 minutes, and then they asked me, what's your name?
00:40And I didn't know how to pronounce his name, so I spelled it for her.
00:43And then she said, are you the name?
00:47And I said, no.
00:48And she said, well, is he there?
00:49And I said, no, he's not here.
00:51She's like, well, we can't help you.
00:52The owner has to be in the vehicle.
00:54We can't help you.
00:54And she hung up on me.
00:55So I called him back and told him, look, they won't service us at all.
00:58And then he started yelling at me, saying that, why didn't you say I was him?
01:02And I said, how can I say I'm you?
01:03And I don't even know how to pronounce your name.
01:05And so we agreed that we'd get a hotel room.
01:09He said to get a hotel room for the night, and we'll find a place to fix it Monday morning.
01:12So we found a place to fix it Monday afternoon, and we took it over there.
01:17And we were trying to get it over there if there was no problem.
01:19We got a jump.
01:21There was a gas station across the street.
01:22They came over and gave a jump to get it going.
01:24So we made it over to the truck repair place in the afternoon.
01:28And we kept trying to call them to tell them, hey, look, this is what we need to do.
01:31I sent them about three or four texts.
01:33About 5 o'clock, the store office closed.
01:36And they said, well, you need to pay it.
01:37It was like $802.
01:38So we had no choice.
01:39So we paid it.
01:41And then I sent them a text saying, hey, it costs $802.
01:44We got it.
01:44Then all of a sudden, he calls up, calls me back, and he tells me not to get it fixed.
01:48And I said, he said, just fix two out of four of the batteries.
01:51And I said, they said four out of six of the batteries are completely gone.
01:54We have to fix it.
01:56He said, well, it's $160 a battery.
01:58I could buy it here at Walmart for $89 and fly it out there for cheaper.
