US President Donald Trump has confirmed a criminal investigation against Federal Reserve Chair Jerome Powell, accusing him of massive budget overruns. Trump claimed Powell is either 'incompetent or crooked,' escalating tensions between the ex-president and the US central bank leadership.

01:49And crime in New Orleans is down about 65 percent.
