00:21Strong winds tear down tents, and bitter cold exhausts bodies, young and old alike,
00:28in a reality where the risk of death grows with every new cold wave.
00:48This winter has so far recorded four additional deaths,
00:52bringing the total number of cold related fatalities to 21 people,
00:57including 18 children.
01:00And with the absence of heating, a lack of adequate shelter,
01:04shortages of winter clothing, and limited humanitarian aid,
01:08fears continue to rise of a further increase in the number of victims,
01:13as storms persist in battering the tents of the exhausted.
01:18and perished woman's knee, and a natural
01:21in a very forceful mental health.
