00:10Salangor Fire and Rescue Department Assistant Director of Operations Ahmad Mukhlis Mukhtar said the department received an emergency call at 2.37 p.m.
00:20Firefighters from the Port Klang Fire and Rescue Station, assisted by personnel from the North Klang and South Klang stations, arrived at the scene about five minutes later.
00:31A total of 29 personnel were involved in the operation, which brought the blaze under control by 2.54 p.m.
00:38The five houses were about 95 percent destroyed, but no casualties were reported. The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
