The bulletin reports on India–Pakistan DGMO-level talks held today over alleged terror drones, and a briefing attributed to the Indian Army chief. The key message highlighted is that India told Pakistan drone activity is 'unacceptable'. The speaker says the Army chief stated 'Operation Sindoor' is ongoing and that the situation in Jammu and Kashmir is sensitive but under control. The report also claims the drone issue was raised directly with Pakistani military officials, warning that any attack or intrusion could invite retaliation. It further states that drones are being used for infiltration, surveillance and weapon drops, and that Indian forces have been foiling such attempts.

00:00And we cut across to more breaking news coming in India, Pakistan, DGMO-level talks on Pakistan
00:05terror drones, where today DGMO talks were held with Pakistan and we have raised the issue with
00:10Pakistan on the latest drones. This, according to the army chief, who also said that we've told
00:15Pakistan this is unacceptable. Listen up.
00:18That statement by the army chief who held a news briefing and while he said that Operation
00:31Sindhu is very much underway, the situation in Jammu and Kashmir is sensitive but very much under
00:36control. He's also added on how India-Pakistan DGMO-level talks on Pakistan terror drones had
00:43occurred. In fact, he said that today DGMO talks were held with Pakistan and India raised the issue
00:48with Pakistan on the latest drones that are being sent by Pakistan, where the army chief said it
00:54and saying no words, saying that we have told Pakistan this is unacceptable. So India setting
01:02the line very clearly when it comes to terror being pushed by Pakistan onto our side, where he even
01:08went on to say that Operation Sindhu is an ongoing operation and any sort of attack will be taken
01:15as a sign of retaliation. India is not going to back down. He also went on to say that the situation
01:21in Jammu and Kashmir is sensitive. Having said that, he said that it is under control. And now in the latest,
01:28he also shared details about the DGMO-level talks that had happened between India and Pakistan,
01:33where he said that it happened today itself. And this was regarding drones that are sent by Pakistan
01:42onto our side. Remember, many of those drones that have been targeted, some of them that even carry
01:49weapons. And Pakistan's bid to infiltrate terror onto our side is foiled every single time by our
01:57alert forces. But this was on the DGMO level, where Indian army chief said that the matter was raised
02:04with Pakistan and clearly said that these drones that are being sent onto our side, this is unacceptable
02:10and this should not continue. Pakistan has been resorting to its nefarious designs when it comes
02:16to now advancing technology, sending drones onto our side to drop weapons, to capture critical
02:24information. And India now putting that message very clearly, do not do this.
02:31Pranayupadhyay, my colleague joining us on the phone line. Pranay, clear message coming in from the
02:39Indian army chief, setting the line with Pakistan saying that as far as the drone infiltration is
02:45concerned, India has said this is unacceptable.
02:49Absolutely, Suresha. And this is the red line drawn by India via Operation Sindur and Operation
02:54Sindur is still on, technically. And therefore, the chief of army staff, General Rupin Divedi,
02:58has clarified that, you know, this is totally unacceptable and this has been conveyed in as many
03:04words to the Pakistani military officials because the peace fire was announced in talks between,
03:09you know, and on the request of the Pakistani DGMO. So, the same officer has been conveyed by the
03:14eastern side and Indian military that, you know, the usage of drones for these purposes, for
03:20infiltration and for surveillance and also, you know, across the boundary line is totally unacceptable for
03:26India and India is free to take the retaliatory measures, you know, and therefore, the Pakistan
03:31should not blame India if we take any retaliatory measures. So, clearly, this is a clear warning to
03:37Pakistan that they should desist from, you know, using these tactics for the weapon dropping,
03:42for the armed narcotics and even for the surveillance purposes because any intrusion,
03:48be it air, be it land or be it what you see, will be dealt by the Indian military and Pakistan
03:55should be held, would be held responsible for any such endeavour and any such misadventure.
04:01All right, Pranayv, many thanks for getting us those details.
