00:52Now the second question about the presence of the security, you see, everybody has to

00:57Security is duty found to be near me even though I do not accept it.

01:05I am doing my duty.

01:06But one thing which I want to stress is that, you know, always I feel a governor's first

01:11duty is to the people, second duty is to the people, third duty is to the people.

01:16This law firm really believes that people are with us.

01:20People are the best judges of what is going on around.

01:22I trust the people and I get a lot of trust and affection from them.

01:26I value it.

01:27I will again be going with them.

01:29Even earlier, I used to go to the vegetable markets, hold at us with the people, understand

01:33their sentiments and feelings.

01:34And based on that, in the last three years, my frequent interactions with the people have

01:39given me an understanding of what Bengal needs for its development.

01:43Based on that, I also prepared an action plan for the development of Bengal from the people's

01:48point of view.

01:49This is a people's manifesto, a people's plan, which I am presenting before all authorities

01:53for appropriate action.

01:55I will be with the people till I continue here as the governor.

01:59I love Bengal.

02:02I want to be a part and parcel of Bengal.
