00:00On WhatsApp, all business conversations to a customer,
00:06whenever a business starts a conversation,
00:08it always must be with a template.
00:11Meta approves all of those templates.
00:14So every time you want to send a new message out to someone,
00:17it's got to be a template and it's got to be approved.
00:20Three different types of these templates,
00:22I'll take you through in a sec.
00:23The pricing and features for each one vary depending on type.
00:29We support all of the WhatsApp template features,
00:33except for one which is Flows,
00:34which is a survey and form tool.
00:36We don't support that yet.
00:37Everything else you can do through Musente.
00:41Let's have a look at those types.
00:44Utility, marketing, and authentication.
00:48Utility is any form of customer communication,
00:53so any form of order management,
00:55account management, alerts, updates,
00:59notifications, surveys, shipping notifications.
01:04Any of that would all be counted as a utility message.
01:09Marketing is then anything promotional,
01:12so anything around raising awareness,
01:15maybe promoting an app,
01:17sales, short-term discounts,
01:20also more generally building customer relationships or retargeting,
01:23and also anything that's a mixed use case.
01:26So if you've got a template that's part a utility conversation,
01:30but also includes some promotional content,
01:32that would get classified as a marketing template.
01:35Then finally, authentication.
01:39So this is about one-time passwords for identity verification.
