00:1720 DOH hospitals across Metro Manila are also on alert to provide immediate medical attention to those in need.
00:24For personal safety, the DOH reminds the public to bring essentials such as water, a towel, a fan, and a first aid kit.
00:33The department also reminded attendees to wear comfortable and cool clothing, eat before the procession, and follow instructions from authorities.
