00:39Goal setting for 2026, bakit mo ba makalagay itong pagsaset natin ng goals?
00:43Yes, very important to set goals because ito ang nagbibigay sa atin ng motivation,
00:49ng direction, focus, kung ano ang gusto natin for ourselves,
00:54kung ano yung mga priority areas na we can work on
00:57para bibigyan tayo ng sense of purpose at meaning para sa pagdating ng 2026.
