00:00This is a perception of one or two small entities. I am monitoring that very closely.

00:07They are not privy to many of the facts and information.

00:11I have consistently taken a very reserved and also cautious approach,

00:22discussing both with Prime Minister Anutin and Prime Minister Hun Manet.

00:30And our Chief of Armed Forces contacted both parties.

00:35Similarly, the Foreign Minister are in touch with the first Foreign Ministers.

00:39Our position is, of course, to help mediate and ensure the cessation of hostilities.

00:50The decision is entirely the Thais and the Cambodians.

00:57We don't decide.

01:00Those criticisms levied against us based on pure ignorance and prejudice.

01:08Because any decision, be it KL Accord, border meetings, then the border meetings,

01:15and meetings coordinated by our Foreign Minister, myself, and with the coordination of President Donald Trump,

01:22and now with Foreign Minister Wang Yi, all are done, consistent with the KL Accord,

01:29and with the understanding and full participation and finally full agreement by both countries.
