03:36here in, like, a new neighborhood. New neighborhood. These weren't here the last time I was here.
03:40That was just a few years ago. There's just, people are moving in. So, I'm expecting to see

04:23up, but with that being said, it's still affordable, which is a great thing. It's the fastest growing
04:28county. I think it's the number four within the United States. So, there are a lot of homes and
04:33commercial buildings that are being built here. Yeah. Since they're building more and it's cheaper,
04:37people are moving out that way. We have, like I said, a lot of options out this way. Low options.
04:42Currently in a buyer's market, which is an amazing thing for her. Wow. Brand new for $4.19. Brand new.
04:51This is her first home purchase, so it makes me so happy. She deserves it so much. Yeah. I love a
